SCAM!! Avoid this place. I lost my payment
Pros:

SCAM!! This so-called hotel pretended they didn't use Hotels.com despite me having shown a fully paid statement from the app, as well as physically searching and being able to easily find their existence on this site. Basically, they hope the customer would give in and pay again. Absolutely disgraceful practice! Please remove this scam business from hotels.com. AVOID

Pros:

Great hotel for the price range. Located in the center of Nyuang-U which is a walkable small town with a few shops, cafes, and a market just on the edge of the Bagan historic zone. Staff was very helpful with bus reservations and renting E-bikes for early morning trips to see the sunrise. Wifi didn't quite reach my room, but worked fine in the lobby. Good hot water. Would stay again.
