Sehr freundliches Personal , Entspannung , sehr gute Lage

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett , hilfsbereit , kompetent. Das Früstück war sehr reichhaltig und auch hier das
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerade bei der extremen Hitze draussen hat die Klimaanlage nicht nur
im Zimmer sondern im ganzen Hotel aussergewöhnlich gut gekühlt. Für Bahnreisende zum Vorteil - dass sich das
Hotel nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Osnabrück entfernt befindet. Was mir auch sehr gefallen hat , dass das Hotel
reichlich von Pflanten umgegeben ist , das macht gute Atmosphäre Mitte in der Stadt.

We wished we’d stayed more than one night.
Pros:

We had a fabulous executive room on the 4th floor with a huge full width and very private balcony. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best one in our week long tour of Germany.

Freundlich, schön und komfortabel!
Pros:

Es war schön eingerichtet, modern und dennoch zeitlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und für meinen Aufenthalt die Lage perfekt. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und im Zimmer befand sich auch ein Wasser für den Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ich konnte vor 15 Uhr nicht einchecken aber das wusste ich im Voraus. Außerdem hätte auch die Parkgarage etwas mehr Stellplätze bieten können, aber ich denke das ist ein Kritikpunkt der nur schwer anzupassen ist.

Super aardig en attent personeel. Vooral keukenpersoneel bij ontbijt Florine en Angelica Schiesse waren toppers. Heel lief met onze hond!
