Ein rundum angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem modernen, sehr professionell geführten Hotel.
Pros:

In dem Moment als ich das Hotel betrat, habe ich mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Da ich geschäftlich viel unterwegs bin und einige Hotels kennengelernt habe, war ich hier überaus zufrieden. Alles war hell, gemütlich, modern und sauber. Das Personal überaus professionell und angenehm. Das Essen und das Frühstück boten eine hervorragende Auswahl und Qualität. Check out bis 12:00 Uhr, so konnte ich noch morgens in Ruhe etwas am Laptop arbeiten und noch etwas Sport machen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad super neu und modern. Ich habe mich außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Ach ja und die Klimaanlage war nicht zu hören. So stelle ich mir ein hochwertiges Hotel vor. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen. Vielleicht das nächste Mal.

Sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub rund um einen Konzertbesuch
Pros:

Gut gestaltetes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, die Läge zwischen Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Eventlocations haben mir besonders gut gefallen. Die Bar ist ein absolutes Highligt, dass uns den Abend versüßt hat.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag gab es Kommunikationsprobleme über die Parkhaus Ausfahrt. Ich musste dringend zu Arbeit und stand vor einer verschlossenen Parkhausausfahrt, obwohl ich mich beim Concierge vorab erkundigte, ob meine Parkgebühren korrekt abgeführt wurden. Die Öffnung der Garage dauerte, mit zwei Öffnungsversuchen deutlich.

komfortabel, mit viel Design
Pros:

Das ist ein sehr komfortables Hotel, das allerdings auch ein höheren Preis hat.
wirklich Licht,dichte Vorhänge! Die Klimaanlage surrt immer ein wenig, und wenn man sie von der Rezeption ausstellen lässt, hört man das Surren der Nebenzimmer. Es ist also nicht vollkommen ruhig, obwohl das die Lage der Zimmer zum Innenhof zulassen würde.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war teilweise ein wenig "überdesignt" - viele schöne Lampen, deren Bedienung sich nicht sofort von selbst erschließt, eine Duscharmatur, die so puristisch ist , dass man ohne irgendwelche Markierungen erst mal rumprobiert und den oberen Hahn nach rechts dreht - und schon steht man unter der Regendusche.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, die kann man zwar viel oder wenig Gebläse einstellen, aber nicht individuell ein- und ausstellen, oder kühl und wärmer - das muss jemand an der Rezeption machen, obwohl das Bedienpanel diese Optionen suggeriert.
