Ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende zu Zweit
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, die Zimmer waren super, der Wellnessbereich beeindruckend und das Frühstück erstklassig, auch für Veganerinnen!
Aber es steht und fällt ja alles mit dem Personal und das war wirklich aussergewöhnlich. So hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut gelaunt- auch am frühen Morgen und nachts, habe ich das selten erlebt. Die Arbeitsatmosphäre schein super zu sein, es wird viel gelacht und man geht respektvoll miteinander um, das macht sich sehr positiv bemerkbar.

Cons:

Absolut gar nichts! Alles war super.

Geen airco, personeel zonder service-mentaliteit

De locatie (vlakbij het station en de binnenstad)

Cons:

De airconditioning van meerdere kamers (waaronder de onze) werkte niet. Het personeel deed nauwelijks moeite om de airco aan de praat te krijgen. De kamer was warm en benauwd zonder airco. Nadat we zelf hadden voorgesteld dat we ter compensatie 2 gratis ontbijten wilden, ging men met zichtbare tegenzin daarmee akkoord. Op de tweede dag bleek onze kamer ook niet te zijn schoongemaakt. Kortom: technische gebreken en slechte service, en personeel dat daarop slecht aanspreekbaar was.
