Pros:

Завтрак ужасно несвежий, редко пополняли запасы.

Cons:

Очень грязно в номере, особенно ванная комната и какие-то чужие носки под тумбочкой. Все очень старое.

A Beautiful Hotel.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and a brilliant way to re purpose an old Mill. Very well equiped kitchen and the bathroom was a good size. Very comfortable hotel, and staff were very helpful. Very clean rooms

Cons:

Just one bedside lamp rather than two
The bed was too hard for me, and hard beds make my back problems worse.
Could be more egg choices at breakfast - and also the addition of mushrooms and tomatoes would have been good. or even sliced haggis as we are in Scotland. I had to wipe my table before we sat down to eat as hadnt been cleaned - it was a Sunday so probably less staff and we did come down to eat at 9.30am

La habitación era muy cómoda y bonita.
Todo muy limpio.
La cama muy cómoda y una televisión bastante grande.

Cons:

Hacia frío en la habitación y no se podía subir la temperatura.
El personal de recepción no es demasiado amable.

Room was great, location was good, breakfast was poor the first day (almost nothing available) but great the second day.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and decor of the rooms..

Really nice
Pros:

The hotel on arrival was really quite nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel overall felt quite fancy, the room was nice although a little cold throughout the stay even with the heating on, the kitchen was spotless and the bed was nice and clean and had nice led lights built into the headboard, the shower could have beeen doing with being regrouted as the discolouration took away from the niceties of the bathroom, but other than that it was really clean the parking was a little pricey if you can get a space but there is a car park 2 mins from the building , the breakfast was 10 out of 10, hands down the best ever scrambled eggs you could eat , I was actually informed that it was made using cream..the hash browns were golden toasty triangles of heaven, the bar is a little expensive but for the convenience a couple of drinks is nice before retiring upstairs to your room .the hotel itself is a nice and quiet place where you are left alone to enjoy the peace and quiet , overall it was a great experience and hopefully will be back soon

Apart from heating the rest of the experience was great
Pros:

The room was lovely , very clean and comfortable, breakfast had a great verity of hot and cold food all very tasty

Cons:

The heating wouldn’t work in our room was a very cold night , tried everything to get it to work contacted reception who talked us through it but still didn’t heat the room feel asleep and woke up freezing

Usually great but a disappointing experience this time
Pros:

The breakfast is always good

Cons:

We often return to Staybridge but on this occasion were disappointed. We asked in advance for soft pillows and our request was not met. The bedroom was cold overnight and no additional blankets available. As a result neither of us slept well. There were no instructions on how to get the heating working satisfactorily although reception were helpful. The breakfast room was cold and we had to ask staff to adjust the heating. Non electric cars parked in EV charging bays resulting in us not being able to charge the car overnight.
