Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
The Pamukkale Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 18 August to 16 November 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to extension. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Adventure, Children’s Play and Lazy River pools at Village Hotel Sentosa, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.

Rooms were lovely, location was very centralised to everything on Sentosa island! And easy to get around. Pools were great, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only shallow pools were available - the deep section of the main pool was roped off.
Locatie was perfect, op loopafstand naar de metro om naar het centrum te gaan.
Hotelfaciliteiten: fitnessruimte, zwembad, poolbar helemaal in orde. Nette en mooie uitstraling.

De vochtregulatie op de kamer. Er hong een muffe vocht geur in de kamer, ook was het dekbed vaak klam en konden onze badkleding en strandlakens onvoldoende drogen. Helaas hadden we ook geen raam of balkon waar we onze spullen konden laten drogen.
The room was ok

Rooftop bar able to be heard in the room until 3 am. The main pool was closed and the other pools were very warm.
Close to all adventures and Sentosa Shuttle Express was an added bonus.
Depth of swimming pools was inadequate but what was really annoying was that part of the pool (deepest area) was closed off.
The icing on the cake was being told we could not access the rooftop pool/ bar due to a wedding. This was for 2 of our 4 night stays. This facility was the main reason we booked this hotel - very disappointed.

The large shower
The large pool was closed, there was confusion between the electricity card and the room key, there was no milk for the drinks, no salt and pepper on request at the buffet breakfast and we paid for a room with the sea view to see the fireworks then on arrival we were informed it’s advised not to watch the fireworks from the room

I can’t have gluten and dairy and breakfast options were limited and the breakfast staff were not really accommodating.
