For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

The Adventure Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 20 April to 20 June 2026. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Pamukkale, Children’s Play and Lazy River Pools there, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.”

Great value for money for a comfortable stay in Singapore
Pros:

We really enjoyed the stay here. It’s very continently placed for an easy walk to the monorail station to vivacity mall. The room is clean, sleek, modern. The shower especially is fantastic. We made sure to get a beach view and felt this was worth it for the morning views rather than looking back over the resort complex. We were worried from some other reviews that it was going to be small, and it is smaller than many other hotel rooms, but I certainly found it easily manageable for a couple and would stay here again.

We didn't like it.
Pros:

Location. All kids attractions are in reach.

Cons:

Slow kitchen make our pre-paid breakfast unachieveable.
The garage entrance. There was no mini bar. Small room. We asked for two separate beds the were one big bed.

Pros:

Staffs are nice and helpful. They allowed us with free cancellation with one of our rooms after knowing our situation. Really grateful for that.

Hotel is clean and our room is with sea view.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable, and the location good.

Cons:

The property was tired, and felt more like a 3 star basic motel than a hotel. The staff were unhelpful when you could find them, but that could take 30-40 minutes. The “over 18s” rooftop pool was open to children of all ages, drinks and food service was very slow despite it being relatively empty and it also provides no shade. By far the least enjoyable place I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Pros:

Бассейн на 3-м этаже понравился, места хватало. Бассейн на крыше - не пользовались - маленький, только для взрослых.. Близко от станции наземного метро.

Cons:

Заселение. Дважды в переписке информировал о раннем заселении. Ни слова в ответах о доплате!!. В итоге оплатил 180S$ для возможности заселиться с 9 утра, т.к. за более раннее заселение запросили 480 S$ - хамство.. Касаемо персонала, то не понравился именно подход при заселении. Нас пустили в номер чуть раньше 9-ти утра, преподнеся это как великое одолжение.
Работа системы кондиционирования. Влажность убирается только низкими температурами (ниже +21), которые можно установить на терморегуляторе в номере. Это говорит о том, что подготавливаемый воздух не осушается до комфортной влажности и при температурах от +22 в номере очень влажно. Даже +22 для нас холодно..
Душ. Нет регулировки напора.

Pros:

The entrance to this hotel is through the parking lot, which is quite odd. The room is extremely small, and considering the price (close to 500), it’s definitely not worth it. There is a much larger hotel right next door for just over 200. I really don’t understand how this place got such a high rating on Booking.

The service at the hotel is outstanding !!!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff (especially Syaz and Fitri) were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect 👌 thank you for bday cake guys! The room was spotless, specious, very comfortable and with amazing view. The location was great, in the middle of Santosa, close to shops, restaurants and universal studio. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

Nothing! From check-in to check-out everything was smooth and professional. Staff were friendly and attentive.
