Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 people per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

The Adventure Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 20 April to 20 June 2026. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Pamukkale, Children’s Play and Lazy River Pools there, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.”

Pros:

This place deserves all the stars. I booked the room with the sea view and I super loved it. The staff has been so nice and welcomed me the best they can. The bed was so comfy that I struggled to wake up. I also loved the Japanese toilet and the huge shower.

Super hotel with good facilities and staff.
Pros:

The room was good and there was a lovely big shower. Lovely pool area and having access to pool towels without fuss was also great. Central location, near to bus links and some restaurants. Great room service throughout our stay. Lovely helpful staff throughout and I did ask a question on reception and they immediately sent someone to support me which was appreciated, thanks. Close to beaches and many beach bars. There is a restaurant upstairs and we had a lovely meal there.

Cons:

Used the rooftop bar but often the rain meant seating was wet so had to sit on towels. Would have been better to have an internal bar area to get a quiet drink on an evening. That said, the staff up there were lovely and helpful.
Clearing used towels off beds, could make it easier to find a sunbed, sometimes people had left them on and you were not always sure whether around the pool somewhere, or left. I did see someone clearning them one day but perhaps this could have been carried out routinely every so often throughout the day.
Not enough hanging space or drawers to unpack. I appreciate it is all open plan etc but the room just gets messy when there is nowhere to put your things. The shower is huge but there is no storage apart from an open hanging rail.

My stay was ok, but I would not stay at The Outpost again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The location was good. The pool area was great.

Cons:

House keeping came around at 4pm each day which was ridiculous. There wasn’t any seating area besides the pool which was taken early in the morning. The breakfast each day was very ordinary. I would not pay for that breakfast again.

Hotel had many positives, but I would not choose that hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful. The rooftop adult pool and bar were fantastic. Great views of the harbor. Free shuttle to huge shopping center with numerous reasonably priced eating choices.

Cons:

Very little privacy in room. The shower and toilet have sliding doors with kind of a frosted glass. The same type of glass separates the toilet from shower.

The reception area( mini lobby) was very small. No gift or snack shop.

A peaceful boutique sized hotel with first rate facilities.
Pros:

Very convenient storage of luggage before checkin and after checkout. The pools are beautiful and the adults only rooftop pool is a wonderful peaceful sanctuary.

Cons:

The breakfast staff are slightly officious and more interested in enforcing the time limit than anything else. 45 minute time limit is something I’ve never encountered elsewhere and quite unwelcoming.

Pros:

Location is excellent. The room was very clean and well presented. Room inclusions of coffee, tea, toothbrush and tooth paste. Robes and slippers provided. Quality Samsung TV. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff well presented and professional in their service. Early check in also provided. 10 out of 10.

Cons:

No disappointed whatsoever.

Everywhere is beautiful here
Pros:

The location on Sentosa island was ideal for easy access to the beach and many activities of interest to my family including Universal Studios. The swimming pool was superb, with multiple zones in a picturesque garden setting. The breakfast was ideal for us with great views and a delicious meal to energise for the day ahead. It was great to have a coffee machine in the room, I loved the rain shower and the bidet was a new experience for my child. There was a free yoga class in the sister hotel and the gym facilities were nice too. We enjoyed exploring looking for monkeys and peacocks.

Cons:

I was initially confused on how to find the hotel entrance - it is in a carpark.
