Cons:

Hubo un error en la reserva y me dieron habitaciones de fumadores, solicité el cambio pero me dijeron que tenía un coste. Lo que me molestó más es que los menores de 20 años no pueden estar en esas habitaciones y les dio igual que mis hijos fueran menores. El trato no me gustó y me pareció muy mal su forma de proceder.

Pros:

Molt ben situat, perfecte per fer nit a Kanazawa. Tenies snaks i begudes gratuïts a totes hores. Personal molt amable i habitació força ampla. Tenen servei d'enviar maletes a altres hotels.

大通りを一本入り、静かでロケーションが良い。2回目の滞在も満足。
Pros:

スタッフ、みなさんが大変気持ち良く良い滞在ができました。二回目の滞在の今回、ラウンジのアフタヌーンフードを楽しみにしていましたが、ラタトゥイユ以外、4ヶ月前に滞在したものと同じだったので、（前回は金沢の落雁のようなお菓子もあった）少し残念。それでも観光のあとに、部屋に戻る前にリフレッシュメントで一息つけて、くつろげる場所はありがたく、アットホーム感もあって良いです。次回の滞在もこちらにします。エレベーター前にスタッフさんのおすすめのお店（飲食店、観光スポットなど）がシオリ形式であるのですが、こちらも前回に続き利用させていただきました。レイトチェックアウトが今回会員登録御礼で12時にできて良かったです。

Cons:

今回のお部屋は浴室が雑菌臭かったです。もしかしたら、シャワーカーテンから臭っていたかもしれません。二泊しましたが、最後まで匂いがきになり、バスタブは使いませんでした。大浴場があってよかったです。大浴場2日間とも23時ころ利用したのですが、浄水器の給水切れでした。連絡をしたら、反応が早かったのが良かったです。

Pros:

Отель перегружен туристами, видимо из-за хорошего соотношения цена-качество, завтраки хорошие, расположен рядом с основными достопримечательностями города, очень удачно, что есть своя стиральная машина и можно оперативно постираться

Cons:

очень сильно перегружен туристами из-за чего можно не получить полный сервис, пришлось ждать долго очереди чтобы постирать вещи.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good room, good amenities & close to everything. Good breakfast and the hotel had a number of additional offerings for free throughout the day. The Hotel has free afternoon tea and a free happy hour as well, really good service and offerings.

L'hôtel sert des collations toute la journée, des rafraîchissements en journée et un apéritif avec buffet le soir...
Une chambre "spacieuse" pour le Japon...
