Guter Service, gutes Frühstück und Onsen

Ich war für 2 Nächte im Hotel Intergate, inklusive Frühstück. Für diese Zeit war es optimal. Es ist ein zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und einem Onsen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl. Es gab den ganzen Tag etwas kostenlos, von Kaffee und Tee und Keksen bis hin zu Wein/Sekt von 17-19 Uhr und Reis mit Beilagen ab 20 Uhr. Das Zimmer war groß genug und hatte alles, was man braucht, inklusive Safe, Pyjama, Hausschuhen und Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Früherer Check In nur gegen Aufpreis oder App Registrierung möglich, bei der alle nötigen und unnötigen Daten verlangt werden.

Would not reccomend this hotel at all. Terrible service..
Pros:

Did not have breakfast . Assumed it was included with Lounge access but was not.

Cons:

The best hotel in Kanazawa, close to tourist attractions, seafood market and etc. Bus stop to the train station at the corner.
The hotel offers free juice and beverage in the afternoon, sparkling wine, red/white wine from 5-7PM and late night snack from 8-10PM.

最高でした！
Pros:

朝食はご当地グルメが様々あり、外食で食べれなかったものも食べれたので、大満足でした。
フリードリンクバー(アルコール有)、お茶漬けバーなどのサービスも大変よく、大浴場も気に入りました。

Cons:

お部屋の一人用のソファが若干汚れていましたが、普通に使う分には問題ないです。

Pros:

Overwhelming positives first - location 2 min walking distance to red and green loop bus stops. Good, clean rooms and great amenities. Comfy beds. Comfy robes provided. Very close to a 7/11 and other kombinis. Onsen facilities (okay). Good breakfast. Very good hotel for the price.

Cons:

The only negatives - I found the breakfast and concierge staff a bit standoffish/rude and the check in process was unnecessarily complicated. It's "automated" but confusing so a person ends up needing to assist anyway.

Pros:

Great location - in the very center of the city - 15-20 minutes walk to each interesting location (and 5-7 minutes to some of them).
The fish market is very close. And there're enough cafes nearby.
Really good bath.
And nice lounge with some not bad drinks sometimes.

Cons:

Not too many drinks in the lounge, and the system is not too clear sometimes.
All in all - really a nice hotel.
