Pros:

Personal que habla muy bien inglés. Las bebidas de cortesía a todas horas son un detalle significativo, te permite volver al hotel para descansar tomarte algo y seguir explorando. La habitación está muy nueva. Pedí prestada las plancha de pelo que tienen para huéspedes. Cortina que bloqueaba completamente la luz del sol.

Cons:

Cama doble con un extremo pegado a la pared es más incómodo para dormir en pareja. El baño era pequeño, con poco sitio para dejar las cosas y con cortina en vez de mampara.

Great stay in Kanazawa
Pros:

Great location, facilities, very efficient staff! Love the breakfast and various extras including happy hour, and appys.
Comfortable rooms, onsen.
I definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The pillows: one was very hard and one was too soft.

Great location and the value could not be beat!
Pros:

Again another great location and walkable to so many of the main attractions. Also the restaurants close by were very good as well. We loved our room although the bed was a bit hard for us. Great views of the city as well. Great value!

Cons:

You can tell that the employees work exceptionally hard. It was a bit tough to get a smile and I felt that the supervisor was always watching them. I would only recommend that they are allowed to be a bit more flexible in taking care of guests.

We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa.
Pros:

The hotel was very convenient to all that we wanted to do. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the free coffee, juices and snacks.

Great ameneties and location, decent sized rooms. Food was ok nothing special and a happy hour
Pros:

The services were decent they had a wide selection of thinks to nibble on and a happy hour in the evening. The laundry service showed you when the machines were free on the TV which was useful. The breakfast was ok nothing special. They tried to book a restaurant for me, unfortunately it was booked but they were happy to help. Rooms were a good size and clean with a decent shower. They also have a public onsen though we didn't make use of that so I cannot comment.

The hotel was a good experience and well situated near Omicho market, the Omaya shrine, and easy walking distance to the Samurai district and the Geisha district and tea rooms

Cons:

The breakfast was not particularly to my choosing, I would have preferred more choice of eggs and maybe a bit more international cuisine other than scrambled eggs and pastries but there was enough fresh fruit and yoghurt to have a decent sized meal.

The pillows weren't the most comfortable and the safe was an awkward position by the door with no light. Easy enough to workout but could be better positioned.

These are all little things though, it was a great hotel to stay in for a few nights.

The lounge makes hotel intergate a great vibe
Pros:

Great hotel with a nicely sized room. Great location news omicho market and the castle grounds. The lounge was fantastic with free wine and prosecco during happy hour, as well as several other amenity offers for hotel guests.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little dated and could be updated with a regular shower or at least a nicer design. The staff were mostly fine though a little blunt and not overly warm upon arrival.
