Pros:

good location, love the daily treats like happy hour and late night snacks.

Cons:

No teas / bathroom accessories in the rooms you had to get them at reception and a few times they weren’t left out.

Generous and considerate hotel management, when our plans had to change for reasons outside our control.
Pros:

Well - we didn’t actually stay at the property - we had to cancel our booking at the last minute due to high snowfall and cancelled trains to Kanazawa. However the hotel was kind enough to cancel our booking at no cost, which they didn’t have to do. So for that, I can only give them a perfect review!

Nothing at all.

房間非常乾淨舒服，厠所與洗澡間乾濕分離是最棒的，不需去澡堂洗澡也很棒！飯店所提供的一些小食，真的是賣點之一。

So relaxing after the madness of Tokyo!
Pros:

Spacious room in an excellent location for walking to Kanazawa castle and gardens. Such good value for money as free coffee, tea and snacks all day plus free wine or prosecco in happy hour. Would really recommend

Cons:

Nothing really, although as is usual here there were only a few hangers for clothes and no drawers/shelves
