Cons:

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch war leider ein sehr intensiver Geruch nach orientalischen Gewürzen vorhanden. Trotz ausgiebigem Lüften ließ sich der Geruch nicht wirklich entfernen, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Ansonsten verlief alles reibungslos und die Kommunikation war freundlich

Unkomplizierter Check In, gute Lage des Parkplatzes, schnelle hilfreiche und freundliche Hilfe durch das Team, bequeme Betten und großzügige Zimmeraufteilung.

Cons:

Kein Minuspunkt, da es uns im Vorfeld bewusst war: die Lage am Industriegebiet und Nahe der Autobahn hat Vor- und Nachteile. Schnelle Anbindung an die Stadt, aber für einen Bummel/Spaziergang ist es zu abgelegen bzw. abends nach Geschäftsschluss ist nicht viel los.

Die Küche könnte mit Toaster, mehr Töpfen und einem Abflussstöpsel ausgestattet sein.

Cons:

Distante da Zurigo ma avendo la macchina in 15 minuti ero in centro. I mezzi pubblici sono efficenti ma con una famiglia di 4 persone il prezzo del parcheggio era uguale alla spesa dei mezzi pubblici. In centro la media di spesa per il parcheggio era di 2 franchi all'ora.

A nice apartment with A nice apartment with plenty of room for 3-4 persons. Location is close to the autobahn, but there is no noise. Only a couple of the apartments in the building are used for the hotel, the rest are ordinary rentals, which gives a nice atmosphere. Train station are 10 minutes away making it easy to go to Zürich. Also an “after 9:00” day ticket for 26 CHF gives you full access to all trains, trams and ships(!) on Zürcher See - perfect for a day which includes a boattrip to Rapperswil (the other end of the lake) from where you can take train back.

Cons:

Google directed us through an illegal left turn (probably changed recently), hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Great apartment in not so great location.
Pros:

Apartment was great - all rooms looked really nice and were well-equipped. Bus stop in front of the building - train a small 10 min walk. Supermarkets and Tesla supercharger short distance walk.

Cons:

Location was not so great - we were facing a giant sex-store in an industrial area. Not very many restaurants. Showering was a bit of a struggle, in the bathtub, in-between narrow walls

Great stay near on edge of Zurich.
Pros:

Served the purpose. Apt was clean and bright. Well supplied with what we needed to cook. Only down side was on 1st floor right by main entry lobby so noisy when kids were playing outside the entrance.

The property was as described. Nice size, comfy beds,
good location and it was clean. The city bus stop is just down the hill. I would recommend this property as a place to stay while in Zurich.
