Un séjour fort réussi grâce à l'hôtel Victoria et à son personneL
Pros:

Un spa fabuleux et accueillant. On peut même repartir chez soi avec le bonnet de bain fourni par une des hôtesses du spa. Le bonnet est à l'effigie de l'hôtel.
Des salons accueillants avec pour l'un d'eux un feu de cheminée.
Les chambres classiques sont plutôt très bien avec un minibar offert permettant de se désaltérer : eaux, coca et jus de fruit.
Le taxi commandé à ma demande par le personnel de l'accueil est arrivé à l'heure.

Cons:

Un seul bémol : une cabine de douche pas très grande.
Le deuxième jour, dans la salle du pdj, une personne a regardé une vidéo avec son portable sans avoir de casque. Tout le monde en a profité. Cela a fini par s'arrêter. En toute apparence, elle avait un handicap l'empêchant peut-être de comprendre qu'elle gênait. Donc une situation pas facile à régler pour le personnel.

Un verdadero placer
Pros:

Precioso hotel, mucho personal y muy atentos y amables. Las habitaciones muy amplias, la decoración estupenda, uso de tecnología. El Spa muy hermoso.

Non ho riscontrato alcuna mancanza. Ho avuto esattamente quello per cui ho pagato ed in più la loro grande professionalità e la capacità di metterti subito a tuo agio. Bravi . Lo consiglio.

Egy jó választás Torinó belvárosában

Stílusos, gyönyörű belső terek,
jó elhelyezkedés. Segítőkész , kedves recepciósok. Tetszett a kandalló technológiája is.

Cons:

Utolsó estén bekopogott a szobánk ajtaján egy takarítónő 2 szem cukorkával, és azt kérdezte, hogy elégedettek voltunk-e a takarítással. Nyilvánvaló volt, hogy borravalóért zavart meg bennünket. Ez nem illett a képbe.
A welness-t jó lett volna reggel vagy este is használni. Mi napközben a városban voltunk, mint a legtöbb turista, s jó lett volna pl. vacsora után használni, nem pedig vacsora helyett.

Un posto da favola fuori dal tempo
Pros:

Posto stupendo, in pieno centro, a due passi dalla stazione ma nella parte bella e tranquilla della città. Camera accogliente e raffinata, spa molto bella e con tutto quello che serve, ma è proprio la struttura dell'albergo e gli arredi a fare la differenza:il bar, la sala e la zona camino con i libri creano un'atmosfera fuori dal mondo e dal tempo.
Il giardino d'inverno e la sala colazione(OTTIMA e ricca sia nel dolce che nel salato)con la collezione di the sono un valore aggiunto.
E per finire non posso non lodare anche l'accoglienza: era il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera un biglietto di auguri con una scatola di biscottini!
Che dire, non si può volere di più, l'unico lato negativo è stato andare via.

Das Hotel ist eine echte Perle in der Altstadt von Turin. Vom Bahnhof Porta Nuova gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Einkaufen, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenso. Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, der Kamin in der Lobby, die Bar, der Innenhof und natürlich der Spabereich. Von aussen total unscheinbar, aber von innen super gemütlich!

Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren.
