A Most Pleasant 9 Days Stay
Pros:

The hotel is near the venue for the World Cup Pickleball Tournament. The staff, from reception to door men to restaurant assistants to cleaners, are very courteous and quick to assist. They immediately look into resolving concerns or issues. Bravo Grand Citiview!

The only bad was room temperature! Staff were fantastic

Location a good size room

Cons:

Air con wasn’t comfortable and unable to control from room despite there being a control pad. Rang reception but wasn’t altered at all. A very sticky night!

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend.
Wenn man Wert auf eine schöne Stadtaussicht legt, dann ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Wir waren zufällig während dem Feuerwerk-Wettbewerb in dem Hotel. Man kann vom 15. Stockwerk, auf dem der Pool ist, das Feuerwerk größtenteils gut sehen. Man hat eine gute Sicht auf den Fluss und die Drachenbrücke.
Der Lotte Mart ist ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und zul Flughafen braucht man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto.
Es gab eine relative gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmerböden waren schmutzig. Einmal mit weißen Socken im Zimmer hin und her gelaufen und die Sohlen war schwarz.
Es gibt keine lokalen Restaurant oder Supermärkte in der nähren Umgebung, der Lotte Mart ist in Laufnähe.

Ở 3 đêm dọn phòng 3 lần, tất cả mọi thứ đều sạch, ngoại trừ sàn nhà (đi chân trần không thoả mái và rất bụi). Nhân viên không được thân thiện trừ bảo vệ
