Pros:

O Hotel está bem localizado, o tamanho do quarto para família é muito bom, a cama é confortável, chuveiro com água bem quente. Estes foram os pontos positivos.

Cons:

A acústica é horrível, todo barulho no corredor parecia que era dentro do quarto, assim como a conversa do quarto ao lado. E para piorar a experiência, o hotel não tem restaurante/cozinha para atender os hóspedes. Chegamos em feriado e só tinha barra de cereal e pacotes de chips para vender.

O chão do quarto, é de piso laminado, FAZ MUITO BARULHO quando andamos, a noite para ir ao banheiro só de caminhada faz barulho, inclusive do quarto do lado, quando abrem a porta do quarto ao lado, parece que estão entrando no nosso quarto, conversei com outra hospede e no quarto dela também é assim

Equipe de funcionários muito educados e gentis. Recepção com ótimo atendimento. Quarto amplo com duas poltronas, uma mesa redonda, cama bem confortável (Queen), porta com espelho. Banheiro limpo e higienizado. com shampo e sabonetes e touca como cortesia. Toalhas grandes e confortáveis. Um frigobar limpo (bebidas somente na recepção. Café da manha muito bom. Local muito agradável.

Hotel central, fácil de encontrar e perto de onde queríamos ir. Fachada bonita.

O hotel é muito bonito e tinha um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Do quarto pra dentro não é muito legal. O banheiro tinha um cheiro estranho e o quarto não era muito bom. Precisa de reforma. Fui usar o micro-ondas da área comum e ele quase caiu. As fotos que aparecem no booking não são exatamente o hotel na realidade.
