Very bad experience with reception staff
Cons:

Staff in the reception are very bad specially Aomme & 1 gay staff.
It's not a 4 star hotel and not following the international standard.
Found many small insects and cockroaches even in the breakfast table.

พนักงานดูแลความสะอาดได้ดีมาก ห้องพักสวยงามมีการตกแต่งห้องพักที่ดีกว่าเดิมมาก บ่งบอกความหรูหรา พนักงานต้อนรับให้คำแนะนำอย่างดี รปภ. อำนวยความสะดวกในการโบกรถและสถานที่จอดรถ ฉันไปในช่วงเวลาที่ที่จอดรถในโรงแรม แต่โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถสำรองที่ใหญ่มาก พนักงานดูแลความสะอาดชื่อโรส ดูแลทำความสะอาดได้ดี

Pathetic
Pros:

Very bad experience. The rooms are very small and the lobby looks like a hospital. Even if you ask for a tea bag, they refuse saying that we don’t provide. Very disservice environment, feels like a shady hotel. Indians should avoid this hotel as they are writing in Hindi language deliberately to ruin the reputation and its racist.
