Sans Hotel at Rana Cebu

Safe and affirdable place to stay in Cebu.

The hotel is centrally located, however the address listed on Expedia is incorrect. The first room with two beds we stayed wasn’t great and the bathroom had issues. We were charged for a room although we called ahead of time to advise the hotel we would return in a day and to keep our remaining luggage in the lobby. It’s not a big deal as the hotel is reasonably priced and upon our return we paid for the unused room and were provided a nicer room for the rest of our stay. The security guard and hotel staff were helpful and overall friendly. The road in front of the hotel isn’t the nicest but really conveniently located between the Business District Mall and downtown. You can walk to both or catch a Jeepney.

The workers on the porperty overall were super helpful and nice. The property is what you would expect for what you are paying for nothing fancy just the basics.. abiut 20 channels and the tv who constantly repeated the same shows for the 5 days i was there.. the sorrounding area is ok to walk during the day but at night i would not recommend overall a very basic stay.

The place was over-all good however, the TV has very limited channels and usually does not have good service. Some channels just shows black screen with audio. Staff was great and place was very clean and accessible

Very very small room you open the door from outside you see 1 bed, 2 night table and 1 TV on the wall, you have to put your suitcase on the bed because there’s no place around the bed. I ask to change the bed sheets because there was many stains . You have hot water in the shower but almost drop by drop
the shower head. 1 restaurant in walking distance with 2 items on menu. Very poor location
No service you have to find food where you can

A new property. Very clean and comfortable. 300 peso by Grab from the airport. Short walk to a big shopping mall/food court.

Good location, nearby main street with many food options. Clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel is brand new with 3 floors but no elevator. The location is walking distance to the attractions, and located in a quiet place. They have 24 hrs reception and security people.
Room is small and simple with TV, hot shower. The only thing is the wall was too thin and could hear about the noise of sleeping from next room.
I stayed there on 25th Dec, and they give me a sweet gift which is really sweet. Recommend to stay with RANA.

Ett helt okej hotell för det priset! Trevlig personal och ett stort plus till natt vakten som var otroligt hjälpsam! Promenad avstånd till Ayala och mango square! Här bor jag igen om jag besöker Cebu city.

Very nice place to stay, friendly staff and security. I noticed one negative review about the staff not being friendly. The person that submitted that was out of his mind. They were great people working there and treated everyone with respect!
