Un très bon meilleur service et bon emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel était accueillant tjrs le sourire surtout Mme Meriem à la réception était tjrs à l écoute et au petit soin merci bcp pour toute l équipe de l hôtel à ttes bientôt.

Pros:

Impressive executive service , top notch breakfast.. location is unmatched

Room a bit smaller than I expected but probably same for any boutique hotel. It’s one of the best I’ve been too

overpriced for what it is.
Pros:

Location is good, but there are alternatives at a much lower rate.

Cons:

It is not 'amazing' and in this sense does not justify the price.

Other issues were just unlucky on their part. E.g. No hot water working meant cold showers, told to wait for a fix, delays in rooms being ready etc.

Excellent
Pros:

This was a one night stay prior to flying home. The hotel is superb and very well located.
A lovely touch was that when we went for breakfast the staff remembered our preferences from the previous week.
We highly recommend the First Dolce and would definitely stay here next time we are in Rome.

Pros:

This is an excellent small hotel, in a great location, which totally lived up to our expectations. The staff were faultless, professional, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were immaculate, well furnished and very spacious. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was excellent but it was not a buffet, which we prefer, but it's understandable why they prefer providing a menu based option in a smaller hotel.

Pros:

Adorei as camas , a localização, o café da manhã e maravilhoso, o banheiro e ótimo. As pessoas são muito solícitas. Ganhamos um upgrade de quarto. E tivemos um quarto com varanda.

Cons:

Só de uma coisa. Uma moça na recepção que não era competente. Muito desligada. E o quarto era menor do que pensei.

اذا كان لروما عنوان فهو هذا الفندق

موقع مميز ونظافة الفندق ورحابة صدر جميع العاملين فيه وحسن تعاملهم وأخص السيده Gianfranca والسيده مريم وسيكون مكان اقامتي في روما دائماً ولهم مني جزيل الشكر .
