Pas le service d’un quatre étoiles, rapport qualité prix médiocre

Le buffet du matin est grand, bon, propre et bien ordonnée
Large choix pour le buffet du soir, avec supplément un petit concert de Anna B (une très bonne chanteuse qui s’est nous ambiancer )
Le personnel était à l’écoute, gentils et serviable
Les cocktails de la happy hours sont très bons le rapport qualité Prix dessus est top
Très bon emplacement par rapport aux activités qu’il y a à faire sur le côté et le port en 10 minutes de marche. Nous y sommes.

Cons:

La climatisation ne refroidissait pas assez la chambre, les nuits étaient chaudes…
La literie était horrible, mon conjoint et moi nous sommes levés tous les jours avec des maux de dos déjà le lit n’était pas de qualité et beaucoup trop petit pour deux personnes, il ne mettent qu’un coussin par personne.
Concernant la salle de bain, pour rentrer dans la douche, c’est un calvaire, le toilette est placé pile devant l’entrée de la douche. ( il ne faut pas être à mobilité réduite ou des problèmes d’équilibre) de plus il n’y a pas de rideau de douche, donc l’eau éclabousse le toilette et le sol ils nous ont quand même donné plusieurs serviettes pour éponger
La chasse d’eau se tirait mal
Certes, les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours pour nettoyer la chambre, mais ne font pas le sol.. ce n’est pas à nous de demander…
Il ne propose pas d’étendage pour éteindre le linge, nous avons dû en acheter un
Ascenseur marche au ralenti..

Pros:

L’hôtel est entièrement rénové. Les chambres sont très belles et propres: La piscine est super et le personnel est adorable. Les repas sont très bons.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un petit peu excentré. Privilégiez le petit déjeuner sur place (très bon) car il n’y a pas grand chose a proximité immédiate de l’hôtel. Si vous souhaitez visiter d’autres plages, prévoyez une voiture.

Lage Top, aber Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Die Lage war schön, ca 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt. Frühstück war auch gut mit etwas Abwechslung.

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer roch nach Gülle und Schimmel und es hat fast 2 Tage gedauert, bis wir es mit viel Diskussion wechseln konnten. Es schimmelte sowieso im Raum und wir wurden nur vertröstet. Wir sollten dann einen Aufpreis für ein Zimmer zahlen, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei uns lag. Kundenservice war also etwas dürftig. Am Ende konnten wir wechseln, aber da war unser Urlaub schon fast vorbei. Allgemein ist das Hotel nicht sehr sauber, der Pool war so richtig schmierig und nicht klar und überall lagen Krümel. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war nicht wirklich in Ordnung.

Frühstück, Aussicht und das Pool

Cons:

Die Gestaltung und Funktionalität des Badezimmers sowie die Umgebung des Hotels. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war zu laut und ließ sich nicht auf eine bestimmte Raumtemperatur einstellen. Das Hotel wurde anscheinend renoviert, trotzdem ist es zu merken, dass es um eine ältere Gebäude und Ausstattung handelt.

Die Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt extrem klein, aber das wussten wir schon vorher.

Pros:

LOCATION
Hotel Ankaa is in a perfect location. About 5 mins walk to the Caves of Drach, a local attraction which is well worth a visit. It is also 5-10 mins walk down hill to the harbour where there are loads of restaurants to try and another few mins walk to the small beach.

STAFF
Staff were great. A hard working team who were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Can't remember her name but the Morocan lady that checked us in on 14th July was a star.

BREAKFAST
An amazing range and choice at breakfast of hot and cold buffet, pastries, fruit , Yogurt , Cereals. The choice was endless and great quality too.

FACILITIES
From good rooms, to nice lounge/bar area, restaurant and pool area with pool bar. Oh and a small but well equipped gym for those that want it.

ROOMS
Our room was facing the road but was quiet and had a balcony with view of part of the harbour. It was well equipped and had a good sized bathroom with great walk in shower (and nice toiletries).

POOL TOWELS
Pool towels are provided free of charge and changed midweek (although we had to remind reception). You can pay 3 euros for extra towels.

Cons:

A great pool. Good size with plenty of loungers and 'cabin' style beds is let down by being a bit dirty. I think the cleaning needs to be reviewed by the management and I will email them separately.

La grande piscine + bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix + personnel très gentil, souriant et accueillant
Un peu excentré du centre de Porto Cristo mais tout est faisable à pied

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et le lit pour 2 personnes aussi+ clim un oeu bruyante et rideau pas assez occultant + le nombre des places de parking devant l'hôtel insuffisant. Parking possible gratuit dans une rue derrière l'hôtel.
