Close to metro, good value for the location.
Pros:

An overnight short trip needed a hotel close to metro, Dong Ming was about 7 minutes walk from Ping Zhou Line 1. Once found and deciphered the hotel name (only in Chinese) found to be good value for the area. Inside friendly but only Chinese speakers (good practice for us), basic facilities but the room and soft bedding comfortable after a long day. Plenty of local amenities and restaurants around. If in the area will probably stay again.

Staff did not speak a single word of english and had hard time find it in shenzhen

Pros:

Good location near subway. Plenty restaurants and stores everywhere in all directions.
Small rooms but awesome walk in shower with multiple heads! Rooms cleaned daily with comp bottle water. Has a small breakfast room daily , but don't expect an American style meal. Noodles, soup and hard boiled eggs.
Horrible internet signal but I can't blame that on the hotel but be aware internet signals are unreliable all over town.
Not much English speakers so have your translator app ready...
