Offered good value for money outside central Barcelona.
Pros:

I chose this 3-star hotel because it offered good value for money outside central Barcelona. It exceeded my expectations, being clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with the train station only a two-minute walk away and plenty of bakeries, cafés and shops nearby.

I particularly appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out and borrow an iron when needed.

The only minor negatives were that coffee was not available in the evening. Overall, this was a very good 3-star hotel offering great value for money, and I would happily stay there again.

Aamiaista ei ollut, aamupalan sai läheisestä konditoriosta ( noin 50-100 m )
Auton sai onneksi parkkihalliin, muuten olisi ollut hankalaa kun kadulla ei ollut kuin muutama paikka ja aina täynnä. (20€ vrk)

Cons:

Ei ollut myöskään baaria hotellissa, vain reception tuloa aikaan ja lähtiessä.

Don’t stay here! Horrible!

Leaving the hotel!

Cons:

0 customer service after the booking.
Customer service was completely unavailable by phone, would not respond to emails and not available in person.
The room was the noisiest we have ever stayed in (have been to over 20 European cities).
They confirmed our check in time days in advance and said someone would be there to meet us. But 8 hours before our agreed time of arrival- through booking.com they sent email to ask us to email them directly, stating reception was closing early and send pics of our photo id with current mailing address, front and back of credit card. They said once they received this documentation then they would give us the code to access our keys. I stated booking.com and our bank said not to send that information. They requested a second time. For 8 hours we didn’t know if we would have a place to stay. We arrived and the guy working in their restaurant gave us our keys with no issues.

Wi-Fi would go in and out.
Refrigerator was blowing hot air even when we turned down.
Ac- would blow cold air, but couldn’t set temp just had to turn off when cool enough then turn on when it warmed up.

Staff was never around and never replied to any emails.

We stayed 2 nights and it was bad!

Pros:

Muchas gracias por el check-in antes la hora estipulada (17h) que es muy tarde. Se recomienda 15h.

Cons:

La cama!!! Te quedas en un hotel porque tienes que dormir en algún sitio, pero cuando se ve que el colchón está hundido entiendes que tiene muchos años ya! Y así era, no cómodo.
