Die Lage war nett. Etwas außerhalb, aber der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Küche.

Very easy check in. Very clean and proper room.
Close to train stations to catch skyliner to Narita.
Gave us wrong code for keybox so we couldn't checkin. There's no attendant so had to send emails and hope someone was getting them. Eventually got the correct code and accessed key, but didn't need the hassle.

The room was clean and the facilities were well maintained. This is our second stay here after the first time really impressed us. Location wise, the neighbourhood is quiet and near several places to shop and dine.
The front desk is not staffed at all times so expect slow response times if you're trying to store your luggage and stuff.
it's just 5min away from the station
I don't understand why this accommodation has 5 stars on booking. There are no 5-star ratings anywhere in the accommodation itself. The mistake clearly lies with booking and gives a false impression of the accommodation! Aside from that, the room was unfortunately not very well maintained. The carpet seemed unhygienic, some of the white towels had stains, it was a bit dusty, and it didn't smell very nice. There was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. We unfortunately didn't feel very comfortable there and i can't recommend it.
