Pros:

Phòng rất nhỏ ,khách sạn không cho mượn thêm thẻ ,ko cho mượn quạt . Chúng tôi order cơm nhưng cơm rất nguội như được nấu hôm qua . Khách sạn rất tệ .

Pros:

Мы приехали на 10 ночей семьей. Очень приветливый персонал,убирают в номере каждый день. Приносят воду. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Так же фрукты. До пляжа очень близко. И эта часть пляжа не так многолюдна как в самом центре. Локация отличная.

Gia đình tôi vừa có một kỳ nghỉ rất đáng nhớ tại Nha Trang và thật sự hài lòng với chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn. Ngay từ khi đặt chân đến, chúng tôi đã cảm nhận được sự chuyên nghiệp và hiếu khách của đội ngũ nhân viên.
Các bạn lễ tân: Mr Nhật, Ms Quỳnh luôn niềm nở với nụ cười thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh chóng trong quá trình nhận và trả phòng, đồng thời nhiệt tình giải đáp mọi thắc mắc cũng như tư vấn các thông tin cần thiết cho chuyến đi của gia đình. Sự tận tâm và thái độ phục vụ chuyên nghiệp của các bạn đã tạo cho chúng tôi cảm giác rất thoải mái và được chào đón.
Bên cạnh đó, đội ngũ nhân viên hành lý cũng để lại ấn tượng rất tốt. Mr Vũ luôn chủ động hỗ trợ vận chuyển hành lý, hướng dẫn tận tình và phục vụ với thái độ lịch sự, vui vẻ. Dù khách khá đông nhưng mọi công việc đều được thực hiện nhanh chóng, chu đáo và chuyên nghiệp.

Cons:

Nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng không được vui vẻ và thân thiện. Bàn khách ăn xong chưa dọn kip nên mình phải dời ra để có chỗ ngồi.

Bữa sáng tạm ổn so với giá tiền phòng mình bỏ ra, phòng cũng gọn gàng sạch.

Cons:

Phòng mình ở lầu 29, mà trong khi chỉ có 1 cái thang máy duy nhất có thể lên thẳng lầu 29, những thang máy khác chỉ đến lầu 28. Mỗi lần chờ thang máy mình phải chờ rất rất lâu, có khi bấm chờ thang bên này, mà người khác họ đã lên thang trên kia trước mình, đi vào thang máy lại chạy quá chậm. Nói chung tuy chỉ ở 1 ngày, nhưng mình rất bực bội vì cái thang máy cũ kỹ, nó cũng làm cho mình suy nghĩ cho việc sẽ không chọn nơi này cho lần ở sau

It’s a good hotel for a short stay but not for longer.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was close to the beach. The breakfast was also decent.

Cons:

The beach was described different on the Internet. There isn’t really a private beach and the sunbeds are hard to find.
Also, I had a weird experience at breakfast. At 9:47 AM a waitress tipped me on the shoulder showing me the time. However, breakfast time wasn’t over yet (did she wanna rush me?) In the bathroom there wasn’t much space to place items.
