A few nights away
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the views from the roof were stunning

Cons:

We would have preferred a sea view but we're not given the choice. The area itself is very busy, so don't expect to have a quiet stroll out on an evening, but the beach is only a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance

Pros:

Everything was clean, close to the beach

Cons:

Only 3 lifts for a 28store building so we had to wait for lifts every time. And usually when we finally fot the lift it was full already.
90% russians, everything was written in vietnamese or russian. Was hard to get service in english.

Pros:

I stayed at EBH&Spa Nha Trang from Feb.7 to Feb.13 and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel service was excellent 👍🏻.
The breakfast were delicious with a good variety of food. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
I would especially like to thank Ms Jenny, Mr.Nhat, and Mr.Huy for their kindness and great service. They made my stay even more pleasant.🙌🏻
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN VISITING NHA TRANG 🫰🏻❤️

Chăn nệm sạch và êm ái

Cons:

Bồn tắm không sử dụng được vì vòi nước kẹt không mở được+ nước nóng yếu.
Tủ lạnh không hoạt động tốt làm hỏng trái cây lưu trữ.
chỉ có 1 thẻ phòng nên hơi bất tiện
Bãi đậu xe ngoài nắng không có mái che.

Not that good would not recommend.
Pros:

I didn’t like the property it was not at tall like 5 star.

Cons:

The property was very bear and not much warmth.
Pictures plants etc.
The staff were miserable.
It was like they were on alert all the time not relaxing at tall.
Getting a beach towel was a major sign out sign in.

Es war okay. Aber wenn in der Beschreibung vom Hotel steht, dass die Liegen frei sind, dann muss es auch so sein.!.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, nicht weit vom Stand entfernt. Ruhig, gemütlich. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.
Die schönste Aussicht im 28. Stock und die netten Mitarbeiter Lê und Ti haben uns immer hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Ich habe dreimal Spa und Massagebereich genutzt und es war richtig schön.
Da ich manchmal Lust hatte, auf einen Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato, bietet das Hotel unten am Eingang sowas, und da war ein netter Mitarbeiter, der mir fast jeden Tag einen Latte Macchiato zubereitet hat und sehr nett war, er hieß Ngang.

Cons:

Die Lage am Strand! Beim Hotel steht eindeutig, dass die Liegen frei sind. Das ist leider nicht so.
Es gibt vielleicht nur 20 Ligen aber auch zeitlich begrenzt. Wurde im Hotel angesprochen, aber nicht berücksichtigt. Das Frühstück war okay, immer wieder frisches Obst. Wenn man All Inclusive bucht, muss man Essen vorher bestellen und es ist immer das gleiche 🧐

The location is grate, the beach is in the opposite side. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite clean.

There was not mThere wasn’t a wide variety of food at breakfast. My room was on the 25th floor, which was not very convenient for me as a smoker, since smoking was prohibited even on the balcony.uch choice of breakfast . There was a lamp in the room that could not be turned off, which made it difficult to sleep.
