Pros:

Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut la Emerald Bay. Camera a fost curată și ordonată, iar patul foarte confortabil – am dormit foarte bine. Locația este convenabilă, aproape de plajă și de multe restaurante. Personalul a fost foarte prietenos și atent, în special recepționera Nie, care ne-a ajutat cu multă amabilitate de la check-in până la check-out. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun. Cu siguranță aș reveni când voi mai ajunge în Nha Trang

This hotel is a Sham . Booking.com cannot be trusted . If they say beachfront check on google maps .

No 1 false advertising by booking.com .
Other than that multiple dislikes including reception took my passport denied taking my passport and I had to fight to get it back.
I noticed that this hotel has many 10’s . How could a hotel get a 10 if it doesn’t supply butter. The 10’s are either fake or they represent the low standards of clients .

false advertising . Had my passport temporarily stolen.

Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out tagsüber lagern und sie haben uns steht freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt stark überbewertet und entspricht meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard, den man anhand der Bewertungen erwarten würde. Während meines Aufenthalts waren fast ausschließlich russische Gäste vor Ort, was das Gesamtambiente sehr einseitig gemacht hat. Wer sich eine internationalere Atmosphäre wünscht, könnte hier enttäuscht werden.

Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir die Sauberkeit. Die Bettbezüge waren teilweise fleckig, was für ein Hotel dieser "Klasse" nicht akzeptabel ist. Auch das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte Hygiene selbstverständlich sein.

Zudem sind die Zimmer relativ klein und bieten wenig Platz, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich weniger komfortabel macht.

Insgesamt hat mich das Hotel enttäuscht. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier aus meiner Sicht nicht, und ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit schlechten Zugang zum Strand

Sehr zentral und nettes Personal

Zugang zum Strand ist gefährlich, denn vielbefahrene Hauptstraße direkt davor!
