아쉬운점은 금연호실이 별도로 분리되지않은점은
아쉽습니다.

コロナ前より、使っておりますが、相変わらず日本人の宿泊客が多く、朝食の納豆とふりかけ、味噌汁と、トイレのオシュレット完備、また周辺での日本居酒屋も多くあるので、とても良いです。

出張の為利用させていただきました。ビジネスマンに人気でコスパも良く朝食も美味しく交通の便が非常に良いです。また出張の際は利用させていただきたいです。

very average with basic facilities. Met my needs for a bed and shower

I was disappointed to get walked right past the newly renovated part of the hotel and placed in an old dirty, room, stinking of cigarette smoke, though I specifically requested a newly redecorated room in my reservation (after reading and English review that there was a new and old section in the hotel) and two online conversations a week before my arrival. (here is my original request: Please reserve quiet, non smoking, newly decorated room, away from construction or road side, on high floor. My flight arrives after 12:30am, Sunday morning, December 8th (So I assume I need to reserve evening of the 7th, but Check IN about 1;40am))

They obviously put foreigners into the old section, just to take advantage of us. The HOTEL was at about 10% occupancy the night I stayed there, so no excuses

I also asked the front desk why they reserved an old room for me when I checked in.

I have been working in Shenzhen for over 12 years, This old rooms are a $12-15 value similar to 7 days in or Hantin Express, not $45-50 which perhaps the new rooms might be valued at.

酒店的内装也很久了，去不了異味。

The photos online are of Building A. I found that they do have some rooms that are in Building A that have not been refurbished. So if you want the nicer rooms you need to request which category of room they are when booking. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with someone that does not speak Chinese. Breakfast buffet was very good.

就是地點離地鐵站比較遠，前台小姐姐有禮貌，耐心解答我的問題，還把我的優選房升級了豪華房，房間乾淨，硬件很新，冷氣也夠，送的早餐味道不錯，但種類有點少，整體來說這價錢算是很不錯，下次還會再來

満足した点：セキュリティがしっかりしてる。部屋が広い。大きいホテルなのでバスで帰りやすい。

不満足な点：ホテル内のコンビニは高い。

I would give it 4.5 stars as staff of front desk are trying to be helpful, though they are often short handed and do not have enough local knowledge. Hotel provides free airport transport within certain hours and are reliable. If it is beyond the time limit, it can help arrange fee car service. Its Food & Beverage are great. No complaints there. Rooms are well decorated and clean. near western style mall, but far from robust local venues like East Gate district, which will cost you close to RMB$200 each way to get to. Real close to airport and ferry terminal, however. If you can speak some Chinese, it will be helpful. Staff are great and helpful if they are available. Mattress tend to be on the harder side.

ホテルの部屋はサンタルは臭いから、自分用のサンタルは持っていくと便利です。

바오안, 푸용 출장은 여기 호텔 강추. 주변 식당도 좋고, 호텔도 깨끗하다.

綺麗な室内でいつも満足しております。
