Located in a great position central to everything and great proximity to station.
Centralised air con that was set to heat during the night and set way too high. We were stifling and it really ruined our sleep. When we asked at reception they were nice enough and gave us a fan which just blows the hot air around but wouldn't fix it. The following night the cooling stayed on and was much better. Seems a bit hit and miss. Bed was incredibly hard and even when they placed a topper on it was still like a sleeping on a plank.

No connection for Netflix, quilt was dirty however staff rectified

The location was fantastic - very central, direct to a lot of public transport and very accessible to a lot of shops and many places to eat and / or check out!

Location was perfect. Easy to reach by train and an easy walk to the conference we were attend. Also lots of restaurant options close by.
Perfect location as it was close to all transit links, and there were tons of great cafes and restaurants close by.
Like most hotels in large cities, the room was quite small, and the twin beds were not very comfortable. It was also tricky to access the lounge - you had to switch elevators on opposite sides of the building to get there during the day.
I love the location to the major shops.

気になったところをしいて言えば、私たちの部屋の扉が備え付けの洋服ダンスの扉と接触する関係で、その音や扉が完全に開かない作りでした。使用するには問題ないレベルです。
