Pretty good stay
Pros:

It's great location at the heart of city close to the beautiful QVB. The room is nice. They had complementary fruit bowl which was quite nice and free water bottles which I didn't get it in a luxury hotel the night before. The room is clean and the bed is comfy.

Cons:

The free wifi was very weak and basically not useable in my room.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Location was very convenient with close proximity to public transport and shopping/nightspots etc.
The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were small but adequate.
No breakfast options.

Nice stay, staff were friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is good close to Town Hall Train station. nearby to shops, shopping center all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The hotel is an old historic building. That said the rooms seemed dated.

Cons:

There was a table and desk in the room but there were power points near it so if you used a computer there was power point close to the desk.

立地が素晴らしいホテルでした。観光にとても便利です。
Pros:

立地が素晴らしいホテルです。QVBやタウンホール駅に近く、オペラハウス方面へも徒歩30分ほどで行くことができます。周辺にはショップやレストラン、カフェが数多くあり、スーパーやコンビニもあるため、とても便利でした。

客室はコンパクトですが、ベッドは広く、ゆっくり休むことができました。バスルームも十分な広さがあります。シャワールームはドアで完全に仕切られているため、洗面スペースが濡れることはありませんでした。シャワーの水圧や温度も問題なく快適でした。宿泊した部屋にはテラスがあり、QVB方面の景色を楽しむことができました。

アメニティも充実しており、スリッパや洗濯物を干すためのアイテムが用意されていました。歯ブラシはありませんので、持参するとよいと思います。

宿泊者が利用できるラウンジがあり、無料のコーヒーや紅茶、ビスケットが提供されていました。近くのカフェで購入した朝食を持ち込み、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。ラウンジへはGround階・1階・2階を結ぶエレベーターでアクセスできます。

また、空港行きのシャトルバスも利用しました。支払いは現金のみですが、料金は電車と大きく変わりません。15分間隔で運行しており、所要時間は約1時間と案内されていましたが、私が利用した際は道路の混雑もなく、約30分で国際空港に到着しました。運転手の方も親切で、安心して利用できました。

Cons:

カードキーを入れる紙製ケースの部屋番号の文字が少し見づらく感じました。私自身、誤って別の部屋の前でカードキーをかざしてしまったのですが、その際にドアが開いてしまい驚きました。また、カードキーをかざす位置も少し分かりづらく、何度か試してから入室することがありました。

料金については、予約時のクレジットカード決済価格と現金払いの場合の価格に大きな差がありました。現金払いの料金についての案内がもう少し早い段階であると、より分かりやすかったと思います。

清掃については日によって多少ばらつきがあり、2日目はベッドメイキングが行われたのか少し判断しづらい状態でした。

また、客室のエアコンは「Fan」「Dry」「Cool」のみで、暖房設定の方法が分からず、滞在中は少し寒く感じました。

スタッフの皆さまは概ね親切でしたが、対応の丁寧さには個人差があるように感じました。とても親切な方もいれば、やや事務的な対応の方もいました。

立地がよかった。

Cons:

中国に買収？されたのかな？スタッフが皆中国人。なので宿泊客も中国人が多かった。ただスタッフの皆さんは親切でした。
