Pros:

Its really convenient, just across the road from QVB, the Townhall station. The staff were friendly to us, helpful, and allowed us to store our bags before check in. The room was clean and comfy.

Disappointed with check in process
Cons:

Really disappointed that the hotel would not accept payment for accommodation over the phone. I was sick and could not travel, so I could not pay on arrival as we had originally planned (all money had been transferred to my account). The hotel could deduct the $200 bond from my card but refused to deduct the cost of accommodation because we had selected to 'pay on arrival'. I had already changed the name of the booking and advised them to deduct the balance from my card. I had not been told this was not possible.

What would have happened if the remaining members of our group didn't have the money to pay? The cancellation cost would have been deducted from my card.

Cons:

Right next to a night club or something and there is roof top party every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I cannot sleep at all.

Can’t get a better location in central Sydney
Pros:

Amazing location. Clean small but cosy rooms. Great shower.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t well made and even after housekeeping had been, the bottom sheet was not fitted and was too small to be properly tucked in.

Location was right near shops and public transport.

Cons:

Last time I stayed there there room was stocked with free wine and snacks. This time there wasn’t anything included even though the pictures showed wine.
Info stated “ city view.” Whilst the building next door was interesting I would not have called it a city view and it wasn’t worth the extra cost.

great central location. very friendly and helpful staff. clean room but felt a small and dated
Pros:

great location, lots of amenities within and easy walk of the hotel. staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful

Cons:

the room was smaller than expected and felt a little dated, bathroom was small and felt older and the sliding door didn't close properly (was off its railing). But the room and especially the foyer areas of the hotel was exceptionally clean
