Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt zum Reha-Besuch.
Pros:

Wir wurden wegen fehlender weiterer Buchungen ins Partnerhotel Parkhotel Klüschenberg geupgrqdet.
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück!

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer.

Zimmer 1 und 2: Stark schwankende Wassertemperaturen beim Duschen.
Zimmer 2: Duschkopf teilweise defekt, Zahnpastaränder auf einer Badablage.

Absolute Kleinigkeiten für uns, für andere vielleicht nicht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Wir hatten Probleme mit unseren Kurkarten. Sie waren nicht mit unseren Namen versehen. Im Hotel wurde über das Busunternehmen geschimpft. Aber wir würden es schon in Ordnung finden, wenn man, wie sonst üblich, personalisierte Kurkarten bekommt. Es war uns sehr unangenehm und die Reaktion der Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels waren befremdlich.

Plau am See ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Wir wurden nett empfangen, die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber, auch mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Frühstücksraum ein bisschen eng, gerade wenn mehrere Gruppen da sind (wir waren 10 Leute). Frühstück ausreichend und für jeden was dabei, Personal hatte alles im Blick, ob was fehlt oder nachgefüllt werden musste. Nachmittags und abends konnte man sich draußen auf die Terrasse setzten und bis 21 Uhr wurden auch Getränke serviert. Nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen.
Abendessen konnte man am Tag davor für den nächsten Tag bestellen.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns gerne abends auch drinnen in den Frühstücksraum gesetzt, was nicht möglich war. Gerade wenn man als Gruppe kommt und es draußen schon kühl wird.
Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer für 3,50€, dann doch lieber Leitungswasser.
