Cons:

Leider hatten wir nicht durchgängig Wasser es gab immer wieder Ausfälle. Der Hausmeister konnte das nicht erklären und hat uns versucht zu sagen das wir das einzige Zimmer seien, was sich beim Frühstück leider als Fehlinformation herausstellte, da es es auch die anderen Gäste betroffen hat.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, sauber, mit Fahrstuhl, was uns wegen unseres Fahrradgepäcks sehr entgegenkam.
Es liegt sehr günstig und nah zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir die Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer bezahlen mussten. Es wäre kundenfreundlicher, eine Flasche Wasser kostenfrei anzubieten, so wie es in etlichen Hotels auch üblich ist.

Wochenend Ausflug
Pros:

Die gute Lage zum Zentrum und das man auch kurzfristig auf spezielle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Sowie der nette Empfang beim einchecken.

Cons:

Das Service Personal beim Frühstück könnte etwas motivierter sein und ein klein wenig Freundlichkeit ausstrahlen.
