أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان للموظفة UGYEN في الاستقبال. عند وصولي إلى الفندق واجهت مشكلة كبيرة، فقد كنت قد حجزت غرفة للمدخنين، لكن تم إبلاغي بعدم توفرها، وعندما طلبت إلغاء الحجز تم رفض طلبي، مما جعلني أشعر بإحباط شديد.

في هذه اللحظة تدخلت UGYEN بكل احترافية وإنسانية. لم تسمح بأن أغادر الفندق وأنا مستاءة، بل بذلت جهدًا كبيرًا لإيجاد حل يناسبني. قامت بترقية حجزي إلى جناح (Suite) مع شرفة، وكان تعاملها في غاية اللطف والاحترام والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وجعلت تجربة كانت سيئة تتحول إلى واحدة من أجمل تجاربي الفندقية.

نادراً ما أقابل موظفًا يترك هذا الأثر الإيجابي. هي لا تمثل الفندق فقط، بل ترفع من مستواه بخدمتها الراقية واهتمامها الحقيقي بالضيوف. بصراحة، سأعود للإقامة في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى بسببها هي تحديدًا. أتمنى أن تنال التقدير الذي تستحقه، فهي موظفة استثنائية بكل معنى الكلمة
