Angenehm. Komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage zu meinem Seminarort. Der einfach Checkin und die umfassende Ausstattung fand ich sehr gut.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts. Mir hat alles gefallen.
Der einzige zusätzliche Pluspunkt wäre eine Extra-Decke gewesen - dann hätte ich nicht so viel heizen müssen.

Perfect stay in a beautiful appartment with all needed onsite
Pros:

great spot, perfect size, had everything I needed

Cons:

It is little complicated for people without high-tech skills to get in via a virtual key, on the other hand it is the advantage for those liking it

Kamer sleutel gaf dagelijks storing waardoor ik mijn kamer niet in kon. De communicatie met de helpdesk/digitale receptie was slecht en ging zeer traag

Pros:

Sehr sauberes und grosses Apartment in neuer Wohnanlage. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Check-In und Check-Out waren eine Katastrophe. Von verwirrenden eMails über vom System nicht erkannte Reservierungsnummer und verwirrende und am Ende nicht zutreffende ausgedruckte Anweisungen vor Ort war alles dabei. Musste mehrfach die Hotline anrufen, die allerdings überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
