The property is clean and the staff are all nice

My few days stay I got a bad experience,elevator not working & no immediate action to fix it,I stay in 5th floor during my checking out then I carrying my heavy stuff from 5th floor to ground floor,one of the room boy staff show me but don’t know how to offer help to the guest.The concierge desk they said they call me but I never heard & received any call in the room & just over 45 mins then they charge another one day rate(A big wow,what a horrible experience😡)

You get what you pay for

Staff at the front desk especially the 2 ladies are rude. very rude

This place is good for travelers. If you are the type who is just looking for a place to sleep on a tight budget, I would highly recommend this place. I did not have a bad experience but I hope their front desk personnels will be welcoming and still have grace under pressure. Them being busy is understandable though, because they also accommodate 12-hour staying guests.

Downfall noise on top of 6floor roof😣 in the morning. Not all the time. The noise is very annoying.

The hotel is nice for travelers like us. It is not just affordable it is also clean and comfortable to sleep with. It also has good amenities such as WiFi and TV. Most importantly it is located nearby malls and market.

Water problem twice. Took a shower shower stopped running grrr

The place was a waste. Poor customer service at the lobby. AC cant even cover the entire room. Hallway is not safe since there is a leakage with each room’s AC. Not satisfied at all.

WIFI is finally working 😊 no elevator on 6th floor you have to use the stiff stairs 😵 it's okay. It's a good thing 😊 good workout going up and down 😊😊😊

Price is cheap for the room rate. Stay clean! Just a bit noisy due to AC. The TV signal was not good at that time, maybe due to bad weather. For traveler with limited budget.

It was good value for money but the room feels smaller than advertised.

Their doorknob was loose, when I checked out, the housekeeper that will check the room said that it was lock and they don’t have their duplicate key, i was in a hurry to catch my flight to Manila but the lady from the reception told me to go up again and open the room since it’s locked, I didn’t lock it but she insisted and so I went up and it was even so easy when i opened it, not locked at all! Wasted my time! Well, I shouldn’t expect that much from that kind of room. They don’t even have a socket to charge your phone!
