Great hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable clean rooms. Very convenient to shops and galleries.
Every stay at Palacio da Anunciada feels like stepping into a royal residence. From the elegant surroundings to the impeccable service, you are made to feel as though you truly belong to royalty.
This time, I also had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at the hotel, and I was absolutely delighted by the exquisite dishes I was served. Every bite was beautifully prepared and full of flavour, making the experience even more memorable.
Palacio da Anunciada continues to exceed my expectations, combining timeless luxury with genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning again and again.

The pool & pool bar & restaurant was fantastic after a long travel day and super hot afternoon! Breakfast was also superb.
The property still has some Reno’s to finish - painting missed, curtain threads hanging.. it’s close but it’s not a five star yet.
The experience dining at The One was quite amazing! Not only was the food delicious but the dining team made the whole dinner special! Eduardo, Silva, Miahela and Pana were exceptional. Even though I was dining alone, they made the evening special with wine tastings and great conversation. Miahela even made me my next dinner reservation for Fado with a friend of hers. Thank you!!

The location is absolutely PERFECT! The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean (bathroom as well).
The decoration & architecture of the hotel is very beautiful, it feels like a little oasis in the center of a busy city like Lisbon.
The service at the pool bar was not the best, the pool staff were noisy, not professional enough for a 5 star hotel and they took ages to come see if we needed water or something to drink, I had to go see them at the bar and ask them for a menu twice in two days after being at the pool in front of them for at least 1 hour and 40 minutes. If not, the rest was just perfect :)
Pedro Vieira described several Portuguese wines and let me taste them. He is very knowledgeable and appears to take his Sommeller responsibilities seriously. I really enjoyed the experience.
I also had the best salad I have ever had. The Burrata salad with mango and avocado was delicious! Kudos to the Chef! The blend of tastes was perfect. I really enjoyed my experience at the O Jardim Wine Bar because of Pedro and your amazing Chef.
I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends. Well done!!

The staff are exceptional, we were treated extremely well and nothing was a problem. Many of the staff made small but meaningful relationships with my children that just were the cherry on top
There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel isn’t cheap, but, it’s 5* service and facilities. If you don’t want or need this I’m sure there are good options - I only say this so readers know we acknowledge the cost but believe it is more than worth it based on our values
this hotel was amazing! their stuff is so attentive, well-mannered, and helpful! the location is incredible as well, very close a lot of restaurants and shopping, and relatively accessible to the city of Lisbon. The hotel itself it’s beautiful! our rooms we spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the city. the spa and pools were amazing and all of their meals were delicious! would absolutely recommend staying here for your trip to Lisbon!
The food was absolutely incredible. It was a true culinary experience. The staff extremely pleasant and the atmosphere is great. Couldn’t of asked for a better dining experience!
