A cordialidade da equipe é o diferencial. O atendimento do check in foi perfeito, com o Edgard. Café da manhã excelente, a la carte, com atendimento rápido. Quarto bonito e confortável. Piscina aquecida com agendamento prévio, para um número máximo de pessoas, o que é ótimo e garante o ambiente de relaxamento. Há um filtro na academia, que pode ser usado a qualquer hora para encher a garrafa de água disponibilizada pelo hotel. A experiência foi superior a de outros hotéis 5 estrelas que conhecemos.

O hotel é lindo, extremamente limpo e muito bem cuidado. Os funcionários são todos muito prestativos e atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar.
Um grande diferencial são os mimos disponíveis ao longo do dia: água saborizada, cookies, doces e até pastel de nata — um carinho que faz toda a diferença.
O café da manhã é excelente, com ótima variedade e qualidade.
A localização também é perfeita, facilitando muito a estadia.

Dans la suite que nous occupions, très belle au demeurant, la porte vitrée des W.C était transparente.
Cela a gêné mon épouse et nous ne pouvions utiliser la salle de bain, s’y l’un de nous s’y trouvé.
We had an incredible time at the One Palacio Anunciada. We arrived with two young children and met up with two additional families who also stayed at the hotel. It was luxurious, comfortable, and the service was really amazing. When we weren't exploring Lisbon, we were at the gorgeous pool, lounging on one of the patios, enjoying the spa, or having a drink/meal at one of the amazing restaurants. We were especially impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The room was well appointed and accommodated the four of us cozily. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay with the One group in other cities!

Kleiner Innenpool. Pool und Sauna kann man nicht spontan nutzen und musste mindestens einen Tag vorab buchen um einen freien "Slot" zu bekommen.

una persona al mattino,. nel giardino, aveva un'aquila per scacciare i colombi ! molto interessante
la sala dove c'è il Bar era poco riscaldata , e cosi il corridoio, per altro stupendo , che dava alla SPA e alle camere freddo

My stay wasn’t long enough
posizione ottima e struttura storica bella
camera molto piccola, pulizia sufficiente le stanze non vengono ben areate, asciugamani vecchissimi e non sempre puliti, ho trovato la porta aperta della camera nel pomeriggio, la SPA piccolissima e a turno, bisogna prenotarla, personale poco cordiale ma peggio ancora gli ultimi 3 gg colazione alla carta senza buffet cosa mai vista in hotel 5 stelle... forse d'estate con giardino esterno si sta abbastanza bene, ma con brutto tempo un incubo .....mi spiace ma non tornerei in questa struttura
