È stata per me la prima volta in cui in un hotel a 5 stelle, pur pagando 32€ a testa per la colazione, non abbia trovato alcun buffet ma solo un menu da cui poter scegliere cosa ordinare.
Ho ordinato tra le varie cose anche una porzione di pancake e cosa mi portano? Un piatto con un solo pancake ,di una tristezza infinita!
Non ho mai visto una cosa simile .
Dunque per me è stata una delusione sotto questo fronte si potrebbe essere più generosi visti i voti esosi.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Amazing suite. Attentive staff. Good location if you want to be close (but not too close) to the bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Gym is very small. Use of the pool is limited.

We absolutely appreciate all the restoration, the current art on display , the attention of the staff , I could go on .
Pros:

The palacio is stunning ! It’s an oasis in a buzzing city , the garden and pool is perfect.

Cons:

The room was spacious but not enough natural light for us

Escelente hotel perto da Praça dos Restauradores
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado e com fácil acesso as áreas turísticas. Muitos restaurantes acessiveis a pé. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Prédio histórico muito bem preservado.

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff were amazing and breakfast was fantastic. Location couldn’t be better.
Lovely pool area.

Cons:

Toilet and sink/shower/bath in separate rooms. Not sure if other rooms are similar so cannot comment on them.

Erholend, leerreich, spannend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Es wurde nicht am Buffet Ausgegeben, sondern als Restaurant auf Bestellung entgegengenommen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Lage war Top. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt. Der grosse Garten wie auch der Aussenpool bieten so auch Erholung, wenn man sich zurückziehen will.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich verbessern würde, ist der Brotkorb, welcher immer an den Tisch gebracht wird. Sehr viel Foodwaste entsteht so. das finde ich schade um das gute Essen.
Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel genau so wieder für den nächsten Tripp buchen.
