Der Service am Pool war dürftig, am nächsten Tag Mittag standen noch die Teller und Flaschen vom Vortag am Tisch an der cabana.

tout l hôtel est un diamant, hôtel de folie , l équipe est tellement gentille, Nicolas s est occupé de nous comme de la famille, merci à lui pour avoir été à nos petits soins chaque minute dans ce palais de rêve ❤️

Great quality of everything - people, services, food
Pros:

The central location is perfect to explore around, the staff is very kind and well trained, food quality excellent and the building continues to be in good shape.

Cons:

I have no complaints, sometimes the waiters get the wrong details when taking orders, but any lack of communication is immediately rewarded with even better attention and quality of service.

Tres belle hôtel de charme
Pros:

L emplacement idéal, la cour exterieure pour le petit-déjeuner, l espace piscine, le calme en plein centre ville, chambres spacieuses, la gentillesse du personnel

Wonderful hidden gem in fabulous Lisboa
Pros:

Beautiful historic building in a great location. Wonderful staff whom can’t do enough for you. Attention to detail with everything. The pool is fabulous as are the cocktails. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud.

Cons:

My only critique is that our room service meal was not hot, which was more disappointing due to the high price of it. Would never normally do room service but we were exhausted. So many wonderful restaurants nearby.

Besser kann man in Lissabon nicht wohnen!
Pros:

Ein Traumhotel in einem historischen Gebäude, wunderschöne Ausstattung von Restaurant, Frühstücksbereich und Bar. Herrlicher, ruhiger Innenhof (Frühstück und Barbetrieb).
Ein wunderschöner Poolbereich, traumhafte Gartenanlage - sehr gediegen!

Cons:

Es gibt keine Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrassen - aber das ist kein Kritikpunkt, sondern nur eine Info - es handelt sich wie gesagt um ein historische Gebäude.

The hotel was amazing and worth the stay.
Pros:

The hospitality was amazing and the rooms were super clean.

Cons:

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the tub and sink stoppers.

Buen hotel y gran servicio
Pros:

El hotel está en un edificio histórico con un patio-jardín muy agradable. Las zonas comunes con muy elegantes y el servicio es excelente. Habitaciones amplias y, en general, bien mantenidas.
El desayuno a la carta es fantástico, probablemente el mejor que hemos disfrutado en los últimos años.

Cons:

Algún detalle de mantenimiento a mejorar en la habitación. Una puerta del armario estaba sin tornillos en una de las bisagras y la balda de madera en la parte inferior del lavamanos también estaba suelta (se calló durante nuestra estancia con gran ruido y un susto enorme)
