Pros:

Cet établissement est le secret le mieux gardé de Dresde... Logement sobre mais moderne et propre, dans une maison idéalement située près des musées et aux bords de l'Elbe, car un cadre verdoyant et calme. Tout cela pour un prix modéré.

Very good place at amazing location, but some rooms don’t have air conditioner!
Pros:

Amazing location- near park overlooking the Elbe and just few steps from historical part of Dresden and Terrace. Very close to all landmarks- Frauenkirche, Zvinger, Royal Palace. The house has its own small garden with lots of roses, the terrace where you can have drinks or meal, kitchenette on every floor with fridge, tea and coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery and dishwasher.

Cons:

Our double room did not have an air conditioner and it was above +30:(( We did’t realize that at time of our booking!!! Apparently on Booking.com they have “Double room” and “Double Room with air conditioner “, but at time we booked it the second option was not show up (maybe all rooms of this category were booked out) Very disappointed that luck of A/C was not specifically mentioned anywhere!!! Not even fan provided…

Geniale Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell.
In der großzügigen Wohnung ist die Ausstattung nahezu perfekt, lediglich eine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kulturtaschen haben wir vermisst.
Tagsüber stand uns Frau Donner für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung und war im Gegensatz zum Wetter immer gut drauf! Herzlichen Dank noch einmal ....

Die hohen Räume haben mir (Hörgeräteträgerin) die Kommunikation erschwert

Sehr originelle Unterkunft an den Elbterrassen
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt an den Elbterrassen. Sehr schönes gemütliches Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf Albertinum. Zum Frühstück muss man sich tags vorher anmelden. Aber insgesamt alles sehr schön. Guter Fahrradschuppen zum Abschließen.

Cons:

Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr ... wir sind halt Langschläfer 😉.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Super schöne historische Gebäude in der Nachbarschaft.

Ruhiges Zimmer im renovierten historischen Gebäude nah an der Elbe und mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ganz nah an die Elbe, wenige Schritte vom Albertinum, vom Brühlschem Garten und kaum 5 Minuten von der Frauenkirche entfernt. Das historische Gebäude ist renoviert. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf der Etage gab es eine gut ausgestattete Teeküche mit Tisch und Stühle. Wir hätten dort jederzeit eine Kleinigkeit essen können. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis fanden wir gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Fürs Frühstück wurde ein Standardpreis, ähnlich wie in größeren Hotels, verlangt. Ca. 2€ weniger pro Tag und Person wäre angebracht gewesen. Neben gekochte Eier, gab es eine reduzierte Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, auch an Brotsorten. Dies alles ist verständlich und löblich um Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden, aber dann wäre einen günstigeren Preis fair gewesen, zumal die Lebensmittel aus dem Supermarkt und nicht von einem (Bio-)Hof stammten.
