Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit allem Komfort.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt hinter dem Rathaus. Es gibt in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel reservierte Kfz-Stellplätze für das Hotel (Preis 15,00€/Tag). Da ich mich noch bis zum Spätnachmittag in Augsburg aufgehalten hatte, durfte ich den Stellplatz weiter nutzen (Aufpreis 5,00€). Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (sie ging mit mir in die Tiefgarage und gab mir wichtige Tipps zur Ein- und Ausfahrt, da die Garage in einer engen Gasse liegt). Das Zimmer ist sehr funktional eingerichtet und ist sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage.

De locatie en de parkeergarage.
Kamertje is wat karig, het was erg warm op de kamer, een ventilator zou erg fijn zijn geweest.
Personeel was erg aardig, ontbijt was echt heel fijn.

Cons:

Het is allemaal gedateerd en ongezellig.
Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten.

Cons:

Lift and old-fashioned interiors. The single lift is shared with private apartments with a weird key needed. Dining area isn't large enough given size of hotel as well.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, mit großer Auswahl.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Wir waren über Pfingsten 2026 hier.
Leider war die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse nicht so angenehm.
Dafür ist das Hotel aber nicht verantwortlich.
Das nächste Mal nehme ich Ohrstöpsel mit.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel am Rathaus ok, vor allem wegen der Lage.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß besichtigen konnte. Das Personal war superfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer und speziell das Bad waren sehr klein. Im Bad war der Duschbereich nur durch einen Duschvorhang von der Toilette und Waschbecken notdürftig abgetrennt. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage absolut empfehlenswert 😊
Pros:

Lage ist zentral, Frühstück lecker und preiswert. Das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Fernbedienung sehr abgenützt und reagiert nicht mehr. WLAN funktioniert nur teilweise und dann auch nur mit schwachem Signal
