Perfect location and comfortable beds
Pros:

It has a perfect location in the middle of old town. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Service minded staff. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Frühstück incl. Raum war völlig inakzeptabel. Einfahrt TG gefährlich knapp. Qualität TV schlecht /übliche Sender, z.B. ARD nicht vorhanden.

Sa situation son personnel sa propreté

Cons:

J’ai galéré en arrivant car personne ne m’avait expliqué que pour monter aux étages de l’hôtel il fallait tourner la clef dans l’ascenseur et j’atterrissais toujours dans les appartements privés situés au fond j’ai perdu beaucoup de temps. Une réception qui ferme à 18h c’est exagéré !!

Superb hotel in a great position.
Pros:

Superb location right next to the Rathaus (obviously!). Easy self check-in, but the lift needs a bit of working out - there are two sets of buttons the ones on the left are for the apartments, the ones on the right are for the hotel rooms. The lift will automatically open on the apartment side. To get it to open on the hotel room side insert your room key in the right hand slot at the top of the button pad, turn it clockwise (I think) and press the correct floor on the right hand side of the button pad and hey presto the doors open on the other side of the lift. Well worth it, I promise, since the rooms are super, the breakfasts great and the staff outstanding.

Cons:

The lift was a hassle, but workable out. Better instructions would have been helpful.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Augsburg immer wieder gerne! 😉
Pros:

Nettes, zuvorkommendes und sympathisches Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Abends (freitags) etwas laut. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Haben einfach die Fenster geschlossen und gut 😌
