The location was perfect it was near the shops and Wetherspoons and was central in location for my needs. The room was clean and was provided with a working fan, heater and TV.
There was no way of contacting the staff if I needed anything as a lot of the time no one was around. The room was a bit small, but I managed with it for my stay.
Central Brigg Location, Exceptionally nice husband and wife owners (Bob & Carol), made me feel at home from the very start of my stay, I thought their old-world hospitality and friendly ways had long gone but I'm glad to say I was totally wrong, I really can't recommend the establishment enough, I will certainly be making a return visit soon.
Nothing
The bedding was clean and bed comfortable
Shower mat folded and left in sink was soaking wet, only 1 bath towel in a room for 2 only 1 cup and no spoon carpet needed hoovering very cramped shower not much room to get in and out of it but as we only stayed for one night we made do. No where to leave room key and no indication/ instructions as where to leave it so had to leave it in the room door
The location was lovely
Our room was dirty the bin was full from the previous guest and we found a bag of take away rubbish in the bathroom, we were unable to order a meal after hours of travelling. It was very hot and the windows don’t open allthough there was a fan it was just blowing warm stuffy air around so was a very uncomfortable stay. No staff insight in the morning for when we left.
In the town centre.
Great place to stay, easy parking, excellent rooms, cozy bar area, lovely staff and good spot in Brig to venture out.
Nothing
Friendly pub near the Market Square in Brigg with a comfortable room and good pub food.
V good
Nothing
The evening meal on day of arrival was very enjoyable, and the breakfast was also very good, and plentiful!
Was surprised that the breakfast was charged separately - assumed my booking was for B & B, not just for the rooms! Would suggest supplying bath mats for showers - health and safety issue? Also no hooks for towels in shower, and toilet roll holder should be replaced - hole in wall not attractive!!
(I was in room 11)
Good facilyrd
