Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Dies gilt auch für das Frühstück. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und natürlich. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer entsprach nicht dem Standard einee 4 Sternehotels.
Es gab keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wirkte sehr abgewohnt und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war weniger schön.

Pros:

Schöne Lage, nettes Personal, Pool

Cons:

Auswahl an Käse/ Wurst beim Frühstück. Das Trinkwasser sollte nicht getrunken und zum Zähne putzen genutzt werden. Die Info darüber wäre im Bad besser gewesen als an der Tür zum Apartment. Außerdem stand dort nur etwas zum nicht trinken, so dass wir dachten Zähne putzen ginge damit. Ich finde in der Situation hätten kostenlos Trinkwasserflaschen gestellt werden müssen. Sie wurden gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Günstig zwar aber nicht kostenlos. Unter den Umständen wunderlich. Die Zimmer bräuchten Klimaanlagen. Es ist im gesamten Hotel sehr warm und nachts unangenehm. Mit kleinen Kinder schläft man ungern bei geöffneten Fenstern.

Pros:

Frühstück auf der Terrasse war gut. Hallenbad und Liegewiese haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Zimmer im Altbau renovierungsbedürftig. Knappe Besetzung mit Servicepersonal.

Room 217 - don't take it!!!
Pros:

Hotel was very nice itself. Good size swimming pool, few types of sauna (included in the price). Single room was a bit small but clean and bed was fine. Breakfast was very good and various choice. It is very nice hotel and I could be 10/10, however....

Cons:

I got room no.217 directly next to server room. Noise from server room you could hear a lot, especially at night time. I had problem to fall asleep. Fortunately, I had earplugs. I can't image to sleep without earplugs in this room. It should be used as storage or rented if no other rooms available (client should be informed about the noise in advance). If I knew about it, I would take another single or even double room at different location. Reception guys on arrival and the other one on my departure were friendly and smiling, however lady at the bar..unfriendly, looking like work is panishment for her. Management of the hotel should discuss with her to be more friendly for clients.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

The room was full of mosquitoes , there was not air-conditioning or any sort of coolers.Probably was about 30© in the room
The room was a few metres above the beer garden and noise was unavoidable.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were nice and spacious, but hot. Quiet location. Seems like it would be perfect in cooler weather.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely hot. Small fan provided, but that barely helped... moving hot air around provided little to no comfort.
