Pros:

ネット予約していたのに予約ができていないとの回答。1時間くらいフロントでやり取りをしていて結果パソコンの調子がわるかったからとの言い訳で予約できていたとのこと。中国にいながら日本にも有料で電話し、その結果お詫びの言葉だけ....
いくら日本風に造作していてもサービスを提供しているのは中国人なので期待はしないほうがいいと思います。
