Nagyon nyugodt, csendes. Az ételek is isteniek, a személyzet is nagyon kedves.

Cons:

A szobámban voltak foltok, szőnyegen, függönyön. Mintha vér lett volna. Szóval a takarítás hagy némi kívánni valót maga után.

Pros:

A fürdőszoba nagyon tetszett. A fürdő sokoldalú, változatos sok medencével, arra nincs panaszom

Cons:

A szoba, a "lépcsőház" elnézést a kifejezésért, de szerintem kriminális. Foltos, koszos szőnyeg, koszos falak. Semmi minibár, a vacsora választék is kevés, rengeteg bogár az ételeken. Személyzet? Alig láttam embert. Sehol egy takarítónő, alig egy-egy pincér. Úgy látom, gondolom, sajnos nagyon kezd leamortizálódni a hotel. Ennyi pénzért fényévekkel jobb szállodákban jártam, úgyhogy azok után számomra hatalmas csalódás volt.

An excellent hotel and spa for an overnight stop
Pros:

I chose this hotel as an overnight stop on my journey home. It is located near the Slovenian border, approximately 15–20 minutes by car from the motorway exit, making it a convenient option for travellers crossing the region.

The hotel has an impressive spa and leisure complex, with numerous pools and a wide range of water-based activities included in the accommodation package. The hotel is directly connected to the spa area by an indoor corridor, which makes access particularly convenient.

Both dinner and breakfast were included and were served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the hotel, the attention paid to cleanliness, presentation and overall quality was evident.

Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable and well-organised stopover, with excellent facilities and good value included in the accommodation package.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was the spa opening time. Check-out was at 11:00, while the aquatic area opened only at 9:00. As I still had a long drive ahead of me, this left very little time to enjoy the facilities in the morning.

Considering that the hotel is directly connected to the spa, slightly earlier access for hotel guests would have been appreciated.

That said, the limited time resulted in some of the fastest swimming laps I can remember completing recently!

Remek konyha, finom ételek, kiváló amerikai palacsinta :). Kisgyermekkel ideális, tökéletes családi nyaralási lehetőség, szuper medencék, szuper játszótér.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen.

Wir haben einen spontanen Familienkurztrip gemacht.
Wir wurden von diesem Hotel nicht enttäuscht, Essen in Buffettform war sowohl was das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen mit großer Auswahl vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Therme ist halt die Therme - der Innenbereich wurde ja erneuert aufgebaut, der Rest ist wie in den letzten Jahrzehnten immer gleich. Die Gastro im Bad vor allem ist seit jeher gleich (zwar sehr gut) aber man zahlt seit der Eröffnung des Hotels in der Therme für die gleichen Speisen und Getränke das 3fache gegenüber davor!
