Pros:

Harmadik alkalommal voltam a hotel vendége és minden alkalommal jelentős fejlődést tapasztaltam. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész. A szoba minden igényt kielégítő, tiszta, rendezett. Az ételek nagyon ízletesek és változatosak. Mindenki megtalálja a számára megfelelő fogást. Újdonság volt számomra, hogy a vacsora során korlátlan ital fogyasztás benne volt az árban. Nagyon tetszett a két cica robot ami segítette a személyzet munkáját. A fürdőbe való átjárás is kényelmes volt. Köszönjük a szíves vendéglátást! Biztosan visszatérünk még.

das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente.
Kaffee u. Teeangebot ab 6 Uhr in der Lobby for free.

Cons:

Wir mussten genau bis 15 Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten. Waren leider schon früher dort.
Leider war das Essen immer nur lauwarm. die Wärmebehälter hatten keine zusätzliche warmhalte Funktion mittels Brennpaste oder ähnliches.
Preise an der Bar (Lobby) sind etwas teurer.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, közel van Szlovénia, Ausztria. A szobák nagyok, van élettér. A konyha fantasztikus. Átlehet menni a gyógyfürdőbe, ezáltal még több medencét lehet használni. 😉😁

Csend , nyugalom és kényelem.
Pros:

Reggeli fantasztikus nagyon nagy választék .Tágas szobák pihenésre fantasztikus .Medence fenomenális a tetőtérben.
Vacsora szintén nagyon jó volt és külön nagyon nagy hogy korlátlan az italfogyasztás a vacsora idelye alatt ,valamint hogy jó minőségű italok ,ételek.

Cons:

A recepcion kicsit lehetnének egy kicsit kedvesebbek :)

Pros:

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto. Personale gentile e alla reception hanno risolto subito il nostro problema con l' aria condizionata. Complimenti agli chef per l'ottima qualità del cibo e per la varietà offerta. Ci è piaciuto anche che nella mezza pensione era compresa la frutta a metà mattina e il dolce come merenda. Altro punto a favore, l'ingresso alle terme compreso nella mezza pensione già il giorno dell'arrivo.

Nagyszerű hotel remek szolgáltatásokkal.
Pros:

A reggeli svédasztal fogásai változatosak, ízletesek voltak. A vacsoráé szintén. A vacsora során az összes ital fogyasztás ingyenes, beleértve a szeszes italokat is. A személyzet figyelmes, kedves, udvarias. Minden rendezett és tiszta. A wellnes nagyszerű, az átjárás a gyógyfürdőbe nagyon szuper lehetőség.

Cons:

A hotel parkoló igénybevételért külön kellett fizetni.
