Pros:

There was no wifi, no good customer service, they complained about expedia making more profits on the hotel bookings. I do not like the hotel.

Shouldnt be online for booking.
Pros:

Hotel had no 24hrs electricity, Esspecially in the afternoon when its really hot and humid, no wifi, no breakfast choice, bread and egg is all they offer, hotel location is pretty far and not so easily accessible. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. Good customer service though, asides that i wouldnt recommend to anyone living outside the country and looking to have a restful holiday.
