Silver Sands

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The property also has a nice swimming pool and lounge chairs. Will definitely stay here again.

my only negative- they have scratched teflon pots and pans and plastic serving/cooking utensils...ughh...so if you cook and you are health consious, bring your own. was not an option for me , flying there.

Really enjoyed the property and amenities. A couple minor things we were on the ground floor with an apartment above and you could hear them walking around quite well. Wasn't too bad except late at night or early morning when it disturbed us. Also the bedroom was very light at night. No blackout curtains or anything.

Nice quiet area

Loved the location and the place was nice enough. The only issue we had was the bathroom size and the bed size and comfort ability, we were told it was a queen but it was a full size and rather hard. All in all not a bad stay though especially for two people.

Great environment; easy/ simple in and out!

This was my second stay at Silver Sands. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is very convenient. Having an assigned parking space is a plus!

The property manager was present in the mornings and gave us great local recommendations. She was fantastic to work with!!
The pool was awesome, the rental condo was perfect for our girls week. Everything was as expected in the reviews as advertised. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the white sugar sand was amazing!
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.

The location of silver sands was great. Super close and easy to get to the beach walking. Very quiet and all the staff was very nice. The only bad things I have to say is that on the hotels.com website is did say there was beach towels so we didn’t pack any. The towels in the room aren’t beach towels and you aren’t allowed to take them to the beach. They could’ve also cleaned the room a little better. The floor was still kinda dirty and when I moved a chair to grab something I dropped, there was crumbs dirt and even an old candy from past renters under the chair.
And just one more thing, it didn’t say anything online but for future renters make sure to bring your own beach chairs. There was no in the room. Not bad for the price, 80% chance we would stay again.

Five night stay. Quaint smaller property right on Gulf Blvd, just a couple of blocks from the wonderful, paved, Treasure Island Beach walking/biking trail. Property is an older place , but immaculate, with a lovely little courtyard, sitting areas, and barbecue grill. Very quiet, with pool access at their sister facility just a few steps away. Management was excellent and timely with detailed instructions. On site staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We would stay there again.

The parking is strange, other than that everything was as or better than expected.

The condo was clean and the owner was incredibly nice. It was easy to find and very cozy.

The unit and surrounding area was so clean! It was updated inside and had beautiful landscaping outside. There is an area to sit at the front door and a patio area in the back. It was a bit of a hike walking to John's Pass but there was a bus stop right outside that I assume takes you there. The beaches are across the street. There is a full kitchen here also. We only stayed one night but would love to stay longer another time. Note there is traffic noise but if you run the air conditioning or a fan it could drown that out.

Great place! Just a block from the beach access, and short walk to restaurants and shops. Very clean. Has everything you need! Bed was comfy too. Pool is a nice bonus! Definitely would stay again!
