Voor ons een teleurstelling.
Pros:

De locatie is top. Midden in het centrum, vlakbij voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Wel vreemd dat je voor het ontbijt via de straat moet gaan om dan langs een andere ingang terug binnen te gaan.

Cons:

De kamers zijn niet geïsoleerd. Je hoorde alles wat de buren tegen elkaar zeiden (op een normaal volume) en 's nachts hoorde je gesnurk doorheen de muur. De badkamer is veel te klein. Mijn man kon niet gaan zitten op het toilet omdat het te krap was tussen de lavabo en de douche.

Gast gegen Eigentümer mehrerer(!) Hotels - wo bleibt bei diesen der Anstand?

Nichts - sofort die Flucht ergriffen. Siehe unten.

Cons:

Entgegen zeitlicher Angaben kein Personal anwesend. (Da Schlüssel ohne Anleitung, zuerst auf Dachboden-Baustelle gelandet.) ZIMMER UNBEWOHNBAR, starker GERUCH NACH VERSCHIMMELTEM KELLER, also GESUNDHEITSSCHÄDLICH! Hotel OHNE ÜBERNACHTUNG verlassen. - Entsprechende Meldung an Hotel und an Booking.com. Von Booking sowie von mir diverse (detaillierte) Nachrichten an das Hotel, die UNBEANTWORTET blieben! - KEINE ERSTATTUNG des vor Anreise abgebuchten Gesamtbetrages, obwohl Stornierungsfrist nicht anwendbar ist, da das Hotel KEIN ZUMUTBARES ZIMMER gestellt hat und somit den VERTRAG NICHT ERFÜLLT hat! Zudem wurde außer dem Zimmerpreis / Stornierungsbetrag die (ohne Aufenthalt nicht fällige) Übernachtungsgebühr VORSCHRIFTSWIDRIG abgebucht bzw. nicht erstattet. (Neue fehlerhafte Rechnung erstellt, die diese Gebühr verbirgt.)

Mooi uniek monumentaal pand op goede locatie aan de rand van het oude centrum met zeer ruime kamers
Pros:

Wij hadden de deluxe suite / familiekamer. Dit was een enorm ruime kamer met extra slaapkamer en daar tussenin een ruime badkamer met bad, douche en toilet. Er was heel veel bergruimte aanwezig en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel

Cons:

Het was best koud in de kamer midden Oktober. Het is natuurlijk een oud pand dat moeilijk te isoleren is. Wij konden ook geen thermostaat vinden om zelf de verwarming hoger te zetten

Das Zimmer war grösser als das gebuchte.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Parkplätze an der Strasse vor dem Hotel. Öffentlicher Parkplatz ca. 300 m entfernt. Gebührenpflichtig.

Un des pire séjour à cause de cette accusation

Emplacement et taille des chambres

Cons:

Avoir été accusé d’avoir fumé alors que je n’ai jamais fumé de ma vie + ma carte visa a été débitée de 150 euros pour cette accusation. C’est vrai qu’il y avait des mégots de cigarettes sur la terrasse mais je ne fume pas. C’est une honte et au mieux de la malhonnêteté et au pire du racisme anti francophone
