Great!
Pros:

Very close to the station. The staff were professional and accommodating and the facilities were clean and accessible.

Cons:

I saw a woman enter the public bath without washing herself beforehand so maybe the management should provide guidance on the “rules” when using this facility.

很好，有機會再到和歌山會續住在這裡。
Pros:

就在JR和歌山站旁的近鐵百貨的六樓，搭火車或公車，交通超級方便。

Pros:

立地最高、清潔さ最高、設備も大変良い、しかも大ではないが、中浴場もある、唯一は、狭さだが、このコスパで文句もあろうはずもない。ＢＥＤ脇の貴重品入れのアイデアは素晴らしかった。ぜひ他のグランヴィアでも、展開してほしい。

唯一ともいえる弱点は、ＢＥＤの狭さだが、このコスパで文句もあろうはずもない。玄関からの動線も、もう少し案内が欲しかった。グランヴィア宿泊者なら借りれるレンタサイクルも、もし１０時以降とかで借りる人がいないなら、貸してほしいな。

Pros:

とにかくどこも清潔で、カプセルホテルなのにお風呂も完備されていてアメニティも充実してたので荷物少なく利用することができました。
また、駅前なのでとても便利でした。

Cons:

洗濯機を利用したのですが１００円玉しか使えず、フロントで両替してもらおうと思ったが、できなかった。仕方なく自動販売機で飲み物を買って崩して利用しました。

リーズナブルで清潔で静かで高級感があり、とにかくスタッフさんのおもてなしが最高でした
