Worst all inclusive
Pros:

Absolutely terrible all inclusive during. Had to change rooms as the balcony we originally had was the smallest ive ever seen! All inclusive doesn't run to the beach and no entertainment at night just a dj booth with some lights. Wanting to charge €5 for a shaded sun booth at the end of our holiday when it was free when we arrived. Reception staff were lovely though cant fault them. Spa is massively over priced and he doesn't interact with you once youve said no. Wanting £120 for 2 people for something I got for £24 for 2 people picked up and dropped off with brilliant service would highly recommend through alanya tours.
Solisden bar aswell brilliant if you like football went back twice. Tower hill was a good night but highly over charged. Sadly we will not be returning to this hotel. Complaint also made to love holiday as we had to eat out the food was that bad.
Location is very far out will need pick up amd drop offs

Очень чисто вкусная еду

Cons:

Заселялись поздно ночью в стандартный номер, на букинге было написано 34 м , а заселили точно в 2 раза меньше, еще к минусам можно отнести датчик движения в душе, он тебя не видит если ты чистишь зубы , отключался по 30 раз, я ходила с фонариком и еще было кофе только 3 в 1

Все чудово, як і в минулий раз. Дуже сподобалось, що просив 2 номери з видом на море і вони були підготовлені, а також мої попередні зауваження були враховані. І звісно, приємно поспілкуватись с українцями, які відпочивають, а також з українкою, яка ПРАЦЮЄ і завжди підскаже і допоможе!!!

Залишилось дещо облаштувати сам перехід до моря...

Мы провели очень хороший отпуск в отеле 4⭐. Отдыхали 9 дней по отличной цене по системе all inclusive. В целом впечатления остались положительные: чистый номер, нам сразу сделали апгрейд и дали красивый номер с видом на море, очень удобный матрас, приятный персонал и хорошая атмосфера.

К сожалению, произошла неприятная ситуация: мой ребенок упал возле бассейна и разбил лоб о металлическую лестницу, которая, на мой взгляд, не совсем соответствует стандартам безопасности для зоны бассейна. Администрация частично помогла решить ситуацию, но, конечно, это сильно испортило часть отдыха.

Я бы рекомендовала отелю уделить больше внимания безопасности. Пол возле бассейнов очень скользкий, особенно в зоне внутреннего бассейна на -1 этаже. Также хотелось бы, чтобы сотрудники чаще проверяли территорию, так как иногда попадались мелкие осколки.

Еще удивило решение с ремонтом в душевых: там сделан глянцевый скользкий пол и установлены стеклянные перегородки без резиновых ковриков. Это выглядит красиво, но с точки зрения безопасности не очень практично, особенно для семей с детьми.

Если бы не этот инцидент, отдых мог бы быть практически идеальным.

Местоположение неплохое . Душ хороший .

Cons:

Ужаснейший завтрак . Людей хлебом кормят в основном . Бассейн во дворе не подогревается . Холодная вода. Парилка работает всего 2 часа с 12 дня до 14 дня . Бассейн внутренний работает до 6 вечера .

A személyzet kedvessége kiemelkedő, nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel. ❤️
Az étteremben a fiúk mindig kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak, mindig volt egy jó szavuk hozzánk. Pont ott töltöttem a születésnapomat, aminek az emlékezetessé tételében sokat segítettek. Külön köszönet Ferhatnak, aki nagyon kedves, vidám, segítőkész volt mindig 🙏
A spa részlegen részt vettünk egy teljes kezelésen, ami csodálatos volt. Szauna, hammam, masszázs, egy kis relaxálással és isteni finom mangó teával a végén. Itt is kiemelném a személyzet kedvességét és figyelmességét. Köszönet Roman-nak, aki azon kívül, hogy nagyon jól masszíroz, mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat és bármikor találkoztunk vele a nap során mindig mosolygós és kedves volt velünk.
A recepción szintén segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak, minden kérésünket igyekeztek teljesíteni.

Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen a szálloda, szívből ajánlom!
