Für das was ich suchte einfach perfekt!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar älteren Baujahrs und das merkt man auch aber die Zimmer sind modern und ordentlich hergerichtet. Das Beste ist der super freundliche Herr an der Rezeption - er hilft wo er kann und ist wirklich „Zucker“ !!

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist echt schwierig..

Pros:

Het bed was prima. Lekker ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was ruim. Apart toilet. Ontbijt was goed. Hotel ligt in het centrum.

Cons:

Kamer erg warm. Veel lawaai van de straat. Koelkastje maakte ‘s nachts lawaai om te koelen. Douchen in bad voor oudere mensen niet comfortabel. Trapje naar toilet risico in het donker. Te hoge prijs.

Kein Empfang an der Rezeption. Man musste eine Nummer anrufen um reinzukommen, der Weg zum Zimmer ein Labyrinth und sehr schlecht ausgeschildert… sehr unpersönlich, man fühlte sich nicht gut aufgehoben.
Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, viel zu heiß. Draußen war es nachts sehr laut sodass auch Fenster öffnen keine gute Nacht beschert hat.

Für Konzertbesuche in Diest unsere erste Wahl.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen sehr gern wieder — es bleibt unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir für ein Konzert nach Diest reisen.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Diest. Un peu loin de la gare à pied mais proche des commerces, de la citadelle et du béguinage. Chambre confortable. Salle de bains correcte. Personnel très agréable et sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de table de nuit. Éclairage limite. Prises électriques disfonctionnelles. Bouilloire en mauvais état.
Chambre un peu bruyante.

er is veel te zien en te doen in Diest, maar we hadden de weergoden niet mee.
Pros:

bediening bij het ontbijt prima. geen buffet zoals op de fotos van Booking staan.
ruime badkamer
het hotel ligt goed in het centrum. fietsen en wandelen kan goed, helaas waren het tropische temperaturen die ons erg zwaar vielen. we zijn daarom ook nog een dag eerder vertrokken.

Cons:

het was geserveerd ontbijt met kleffe minibroodjes, weinig keuze in beleg, wel veel zoetvoorzieningen (jam, honing... etc).
voor het inchecken moest een telefoonnummer gebeld worden, daar kreeg je een code waarmee je naar binnen kon. geen persoonlijk contact verder. de kamer was goed, maar verschrikkelijk heet. geen airco. (we zaten er in een periode van hoge temperaturen)

Le personnel, au petit dej et pour les chambres. le petit dejeuner.

A l'arrivée personne n'ouvre on reste devant alors que l'enveloppe du cheking est sur le comptoir ! Pourquoi lors du cheking le nr de code d'entrée n'est pas communiqué ? Ensuite j'appel au nr et personne ne repond alors qu'il a decroché. S'est irrespectieux !! Et je suis poli !
Pas de rideau! Super le matin avec la lumière et le soleil ! Les cartouches qui plaibicité l'hotel routard et autres sont très anciennes !

Cons:

The rooms wrre awful. Very hot, no fans working, bath and sink plugs leaked ot did not exist, 4 rooms no kettle, 1 room no window, no fan. Our oldest traveller, aged 87, did not sleep in the room with no window. There were sockets hanging from the wall. Tiles in bath room broken or non existant. Reception was the only cool area. Very expensive for what you recieved. No bar.
