Fabulous stay and sleep!
Pros:

The receptionist Julie was extremely helpful going above and beyond. The interior of the rooms are beautiful and feel very warm and the beds were very comfortable!

Amazing interior design. Super convenient location

Could hear rowdy late night party people leaving the pubs and the ‘ticker’ of the pedestrian crossing lights.

Upmarket roomy city stay with a welcoming feel.
Pros:

Close to everything within the city so it was easy to walk. The extra blankets in our room cupboard were a nice touch for winter.
Jacqui at reception was such a delight making
us feel welcome and greeted us each day so cheerfully.
Comfortable beds and lovely kitchenette, nice bathrooms (it was a treat having 2 in our room)
The rooms were lovely and clean and the heaters were on when we arrived making it warm and inviting on a cold day.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.
Could use a coffee table or side tables beside the couch and extra lighting over the bathroom mirrors.

Very clean, great location, staff was great

Cons:

Only small issue was the bathroom mirror in room 303. It needs an additional light so you can see yourself as it's very dark when you look into the mirror.

Pros:

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. Rooms were well out fitted and modern. Great shower pressure.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous corner suite room. Loved the bedroom and the seperate lounge. The huge windows with stained glass. So luxe. The staff were amazing
