Nice geataway for a couple of nights in Dunedin with a good location.
Pros:

Nicely designed and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The parking garage is a bit of a challenge, especially with a bigger car. The showerhead was functional but hard to direct and less luxurious than expected.

We enjoyed it but would consider other options before deciding whether to stay there again.
Pros:

kitchen facilities are very good and the shower is really big. The sitting area is very comfortable. Really close to major tourist attractions.

Cons:

The parking garage is dangerous - the entry/exit is extremely narrow and difficult to negotiate and the ceiling height is so low in parts that I banged my head on it. There is a serious risk of vehicle damage because of the tight space. the hotel is on one of the busiest corners in Dunedin but does not have double gazing so its quite noisy. This was the only hotel during our visit to NZ that did not have hand moisturiser in the bathroom.

Good property but unsafe city in February
Pros:

Great location in the middle of the town and walking distance to most attractions

Cons:

Actually property was fine but we were in Dunedin around 10-12 Feb and unfortunately, this period overlaps with the students of university of Otago moving in. We had a couple of incidents including what appeared to be drunk students throwing water balloon at my daughter out of a moving car.
Strongly suggest people to avoid Dunedin during February …
