Good property but unsafe city in February
Pros:

Great location in the middle of the town and walking distance to most attractions

Cons:

Actually property was fine but we were in Dunedin around 10-12 Feb and unfortunately, this period overlaps with the students of university of Otago moving in. We had a couple of incidents including what appeared to be drunk students throwing water balloon at my daughter out of a moving car.
Strongly suggest people to avoid Dunedin during February …

We are regular visitors to Dunedin and choose the Chamberson due to its location, comfort and ease. The kitchens are well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great accommodation.

The staffs were extremely nice and helpful, even outside of the reception hours! We felt very welcome. The room was amazing, big and clean

The parking building is very narrow and steep to access my car which isn’t particularly low scraped going in and out
My room was facing the street had a bit of street noise at night
