Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Wonderful location, close to railway station, shops, cafes & restaurants. The staff are friendly & welcoming. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. And the building is very quiet for such a central location.

Way more room than expected for the price.
Pros:

The room was larger than expected, especially for the price. Great location if you want to be in the heart of downtown.

Cons:

Unsightly stains on multiple pieces of furniture. $25/night parking that doesn't fit anything bigger than a compact.

Great atmosphere in a great location.
Pros:

Great atmosphere, great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an issue with late night noise from a room near ours, and staff dealt with it swiftly. Very happy. Would stay again.

Cons:

Parking is a bit awkward - not suitable for larger cars.

Fabulous boutique hotel close to the centre of town.
Pros:

This was a real find! Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. The bed was very comfy, and the whole room had a New York vibe. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we had more time there.

Great 3 night stay, very comfortable.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The room and facilities very comfortable.

Cons:

Unloading the car was a little difficult, the parking on the street was full. We parked around the corner (metered parking) and then checked in with our bags. We paid extra for parking which is under the building down quite a steep ramp, our car had no problems getting up and down and we weren’t charged until we knew whether our car was able to use the ramp. (Thank you). There is no access to parking from the property.
