Not my first choice.. but could stay there in a pinch!
Pros:

Very clean apartment, friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

This is an apartment so no restaurant etc.
The mezzanine layout and too much furniture jammed into a small footprint over the 2 levels.
No cafes, restaurants close by.

A very enjoyable and convenient stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, very comfortable and warm.

Pillows were a bit firm and tall - would be good to have a choice of pillows within the room

Pros:

Amazing location, easy check in, clean and modern. Was a great base to explore Dunedin. Next door to cafes and nearby art shops.

Cons:

I chose a small room to reduce cost. On the top floor, with only a skylight. Even though it was winter, to cool down I needed to slightly open the skylight.

Fantastic accommodation but take your early if you aren’t used to road noise.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated property right in the centre of town, with great facilities and incredibly helpful host.

Cons:

Being on a crossroads-there is quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location in the center of the city and nice comfy bed and room for my short stay. Keen to bring the family to Dunedin and if we do we would stay here.
