The room was larger than expected, especially for the price. Great location if you want to be in the heart of downtown.

Unsightly stains on multiple pieces of furniture. $25/night parking with limited availability and low entry

Rooms are large and comfortable, central location was convenient, and owners were great.
Pros:

It was great being downtown where we could walk to shops and catch the van to go see the penguins in the evening.

Cons:

The entrance to the below ground parking is tight, but if you’re careful and don’t have a large car or low clearance it is fine.

It had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay except for foot rests in the lounge.
Pros:

The bed was very soft and plush.
The spacious shower and water flow was good.
The heated floor tiles in bathroom were a treat!

Cons:

No dish drainer for dishes.
No foot stools in lounge room for relaxing.
Had to use coffee table with a pillow on top.
A recliner couch would have been awesome.

Pros:

Car park was as small and tricky to negotiate as we were told, however all the up-front information provided before our arrival meant we were fully informed and our hire car fitted nicely. Didnt really need to deal with staff, but facilities were excellent and after-hours check-in info was great. Happily stay there again.

Pros:

Great atmosphere, great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an issue with late night noise from a room near ours, and staff dealt with it swiftly. Very happy. Would stay again.

Parking is a bit awkward - not suitable for larger cars.
