Отлично для деловых поездок
Pros:

Отличное расположение рядом с Американскими консульством. В пешей доступности Президентский парк, банкоматы, ТЦ и прекрасный ресторан Paradise.
Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый.
Номера простенькие, некоторые без кондиционеров, но вцелом, это не проблема для тех, кто приехал по делу, а там, в основном, останавливаются именно такие (подаваться на визу США). Всё необходимое для проживания есть - утюг, фен, полотенца, тапочки и гигиенические средства.
А если возникли какие-то проблемы с визой, можно спросить совета у администратора - они на месте неплохо ориентируются в ситуации и стараются помочь.

Cons:

В соседнем доме кто-то громко пел до очень позднего вечера, с открытым окном было сложно уснуть.

Мебель, сантехнику давно пора обновить

Близость к визовым центрам

Cons:

Все поставлено на поток, время -деньги. Кто ездит за визой, перекантоваться пару дней и запросов на сервис нет то пойдет. Ну а так совковый, потертый домашний хостел.

Отель рядом с Посольством США ,есть магазины,кафе ,недалеко обменник,всегда горячая вода в душе ,есть телевизор ,интернет ,я осталась очень довольна отелем !

Отличный отель, кто едет за визой.
Pros:

Отель расположен рядом с Американским посольством, что было для меня важным фактором. В отеле тихо, чисто, есть, где разогреть еду, можно заказать еду. Рядом магазины, кафешки, ресторанчики. Персонал ориентирован решить проблему и помочь.

Cons:

Добавить чай и кофе на одни сутки, по приезду.
