Pros:

Расположение, тихий отель, постель чистая

Cons:

Сначала разместили в прокуреном номере, но потом заменили на другой номер, завтрак только 8 часов, а нам надо было пораньше выехать по делам, пришлось в сухомятку завтракать

Отель - в системе школьных оценок - на "3" балла. 9,1, на мой взгляд, завышена.
Pros:

Персонал, особенно Гульнара, вежливая, корректная. Вторая женщина на ресепшене Шолпан помогала с ориентировкой по городу. Завтрак полноценный. Понравились яйца "пашот", сосиска. Но я предпочитаю натуральный кофе, овсянную кашу и без сладких оладушек. Понравился вид из окна в номере 5. Понравилось, что периодично 1 раз в 2 дня зубные принадлежности, шампуни и гель предоставляли. Девочки горничные ежедневно наливали свежую воду. Красивый интерьер холла.

Cons:

Навязчивые советы и комментарии Шолпан по поводу и без... Не совсем чистое покрывало в номере 5. Его вообще-то когда-нибудь стирают? Не смогла включить телевизоры ни в номере 5, ни в номере 10. И администратор и горничная отказались помочь. Плохо работали фены. Кроме того, персонал женский отеля, а руководство даже не поздравило своих женщин с праздником 8 марта. Везде: в кафе, где я обедала, подарили тюльпан. В автобусе контролеры тоже поздравляли с женским днем. В музеях в этот день чествовали женщин. А в отеле - тишина.

Прекрасный отель по разумной цене с великолепными условиями
Pros:

Как обычно, все супер! Чисто, в номере все есть - от зубных щеток для чудесной тряпочки для обуви! Сотрудники искренние и замечательные! Возможность оплаты картой МИР. Отличное месторасположение. Очень тепло в номере, на фоне морозов было приятно)

Очень уютный отельчик. Все понравилось 👍. Вежливый персонал, девочки молодцы, реагировали на все просьбы моментально. Пешком можно дойти до посольства США.

Хорший вариант для поездки в посольство сша. От отеля до посольства идти 5 минут. В отеле было тихо и тепло. Есть фен, полотенцесушитель, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, гигиенический набор. За доплату возможен завтрак. Персонал каждый день наполняет графин с с водой.
