Pros:

I make the booking and received the confirmation,when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for the conycode and I gave it.
Then they told me no rooms were available and refused to give me the room, i booked the same night at caeser hotel muscat .
I received a message from the hotel with an apology and informed me they're going to return the money to my card and asked me for Bank account details, Untell now nothing happened. Can you advice me where we are

Cons:

Unhygienic. Dirty carpet. No hot water in wash basin. Low quality water bottle for 0.600 bz each. Small room. Lamps in the room were not working at all.
