Просторные аппарты за дешёвую цену
Pros:

Отличное расположение: много всего рядом. Достаточно просторно. Есть стиралка, но нет сушилки. Функция сушки так и не выскшила мои вещи с 4х раз. Может надо было меньше загружать.

Cons:

За эти деньги в целом было всё отлично

Комфортная квартира в центре туристического района

Местоположение отличное, близко к морю и туристическому центру города.
В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Хозяйка всегда на связи, очень внимательная и даже угостила нас свежим манго при заселении.

Pros:

The owner is a lovely and helpful person. Our stay was wonderful. They clean the rooms every 2-3 days, it's in a great location, just an 8-minute walk to the beach and close to markets, restaurants, and cafes. We enjoyed it so much and were so well received that we returned and stayed for another month. We will definitely return on our next visit to Da Nang.

Pros:

Well priced and quiet budget accomodation. Western style bathroom so the floor remains dry.
Owner was kind . I lost some money when I was out and she bought some fruit up to my room.

Cons:

My room at the back was dark except early morning but it was very quiet so it's not really a complaint.

Pros:

Просторные, очень комфортные апартаменты со свежим ремонтом. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Регулярно меняли полотенца, белье и делали уборку. Отличное местоположение: рядом магазины, кафе, прямой проход к пляжу. Все очень понравилось, с удовольствием остались бы и дольше, но более поздние даты были уже, к сожалению, забронированы.

Цена и качество соответствуют.
Pros:

Ночевали пару ночей , удивило что на следующий день уже была уборка номера. В номере присутствует все для проживания. Очень заботливая хозяйка, помогала нести на 4 этаж чемоданы с вещами, приходилось забирать, так как не удобно что женщина таскает тяжелые вещи.

Cons:

Может присутствовать небольшой запах сырости.

Pros:

В череде всех недорогих апартов и гостиниц, в которых нам пришлось пожить пока мы ищем постоянное жилье, это было лучшим решением. Вполне нормальная оборудованная кухня, где мы могли приготовить привычную еду, относительно тихо и можно было выспаться и чисто. На 2-3 ночи вполне хороший вариант.

Cons:

Окно выходило во двор, а точнее в соседнее здание. Естественный свет почти не попадал, в связи с чем все время ощущение вечера и сырость. Поэтому стирать одежду не было смысла, она бы там не высохла. Но мы еще попали в период дождей, поэтому в целом не было шансов.

Pros:

The apartment was excellent — very spacious and comfortable. It’s close to the beach, which made it super convenient for walks and relaxing. Everything was clean and well-kept. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy nearby, but it’s totally manageable.

No elevator!
Pros:

Pretty good location

Cons:

3rd gloor room NO elevator 70 steps to climb.
No staff, they blamed it on Chineese New Year. I'm sorry but it's supposed to be for tourists so there should be at least a skeleton staff.
Photos were accurate but no mention about no elevator
