We stayed for 3 nights and the location was quite good. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The room has a smell and the washroom is very tight.
The body wash was watered down and the owner was unresponsive. The owner only replied after we contacted Expedia on the 2nd day. They offered to refill the body wash for the last day but they never did. We went to the convenience store to buy our own body wash.
Only issue is the corridors and staircase needs cleaning. Room is ok.
Only issues I had was not having a place to leave luggage before checking in
I loved my stay here and the neighborhood was very nice . I loved that there were many 7/11s near by. I will be booking here again.
電気ポッド、コップが清潔に見えず、使うのをためらいました。
Property was easy to find and comfortable/ clean, no issues there. Check in was a tad difficult as there are no employees just a tablet but customer care replied pretty quickly. Only real downside was bathroom was a bit small but it was usable. Good area close to the station and most places you’d wanna go within Tokyo are within 20 minutes of the hotel.
Es buen lugar lo uniko que no se ve personal que si hay una situacion cin el chek in uno no sabe. Como reaolver
So the good points are it's in a great location, the beds were comfortable, water pressure and shower were good, air conditioning worked well, check in was easy and it was reasonably priced.
The not so good parts were, despite being advertised as 4 beds there was only 2. The room was very small, the bathroom is like an airplane bathroom. We arrived jetlagged and asked about early check in and was advised that we would be charged additional for every hour, late check was stated that it was rarely approved. There is no well place to get rid of rubbish and no cleaning. Some of the quilts inside the cases were yellow. General impression was it was being used as a cash cow.
It’s around 12-15 minutes away from Asakusabashi station (still, along the Asakusa and Chuo-Sobu line). A bit of a walk. Bed was comfortable to sleep on, but bathroom was very small. There’s no person stationed for your check in, but you can email the personnel, they’re pretty responsive. The only comment I have is that the bed headboard was a bit dusty and the passcode lock was a bit difficult to press for it to unlock. nonetheless, it was a fair price for what we get.
was very simple and the owner was very helpful with the whole checkin process
Is a good place
Good
Such a wonderful area; we will miss it. Room was a bit small, but very comfortable. ありがとうございます!
I didn’t like the fact they don’t have housekeeping and they don’t have any staff on site
A very clean establishment with an easy check-in process. Everything was great, however, I only wish they had an elevator. Other than that, great stay!
Although the beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood is good, I would never recommend this hotel. The shower curtains were covered in black mould and reeked of a stale smell. The hotel provided dark brown towels that smelled stale and used. With dark brown towels, you can't see if it is properly washed. I lodged a complaint to the hotel but since there isn't anyone physically present to look after the place, it took 2 days for the whole process to emailing and messaging before they sent someone to replace the awful shower curtains.
Location was good, safe and in a quiet neighbourhood. About 8mins walk to the nearest station. Many food places in the area. Room was clean. Loved the bathroom though small. Would suggest that you include coffeemaker and supplies.
Good location. Fairly easy check in process. Small room/bathroom. Walls are pretty thin.
Smaller than I was expecting based on pictures. Check in was a strange process, but once I read the emails sent to me it was fairly easy.
Great place for visiting Tokyo in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and easy access to the train station.
