A gem in Modesto
Pros:

Everything! Great comfort and easy location for our journey to yosemite. We had the 2 bedroom and it was absolutely what we needed and wanted. It had a kitchen, even though we didn't use it. Great for our family of 5 to spread out for the night. Breakfast was good and convenient, staff was friendly.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and very comfortable. Close to restaurants. Modesto was a nice town. Breakfast was tolerable.

Cons:

We brought our own movies to play on the TV. However, they had the TV set up in such a way that we could not do so. We had to watch an old movie on Pluto, complete with commercials. We couldn't take it, so turned it off after a few minutes.

We arrived at 5 pm but had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. The room did not cool down or respond to resetting the thermostat.

Pros:

Came for a family wedding in the area. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient location. Felt safe and secure. Parking was easy. Breakfast was the best! Friendly staff. All good. Love the Residence Inn brand and suite style accommodations. Aloha~

Pros:

There were construction workers staying in the hotel, they payed loud music in the parking lot at 3am and then again in the hotel room at 4am. I called front desk and they did t do anything about it.
