Amazing stay. Beautiful hotel. Convenient location. Rooms are incredible. They left us a thoughtful welcome gift for our anniversary. I was worried about the scent someone reported was very strong bc I am sensitive to that, but it was not an issue. It was jasmine I think, and only in the lobby area. No issues near the room. They had me select from 3 different collections of toiletries prior to arrival so I was able to choose one without high fragrance which was also appreciated.

Exquisite hotel in Excellent location with great staff. This boutique hotel formerly a palace is a wonderful 5-star hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. From the moment you enter the hotel you are struck by the sense of calm that is created by the beautiful decor and artfully decorated spaces inside the hotel. The staff also help to create that feeling of calm. When my husband and I entered the hotel we were greeted by staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail which make for a relaxing environment. We also enjoyed this hotel's bar and T22 restaurant. The staff in the bar and restaurant are great. The food at T22 restaurant was fresh, beautifully prepared and creatively presented. We loved every did we had. For my husband and me, this is the only hotel to stay at if you are in Jerez because it will not disappoint.
Classy property, calm and quiet spot in the city, very convenient location, incredibly friendly staff. Easy walk to the Royal Equestrian School and to the Bodegas for Sherry tasting. Also had a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant T22

Excellent hotel close to the centre of Jerez. Easy to walk everywhere in the city. Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jerez.
