Pros:

My mum, sister and I stayed here as we were attending a show at His Majesty Theatre. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The facilities were superb and the staff are excellent. The location is honestly the best we have ever stayed in London. Everything and anything is right at your doorstep. The tube lines are in such close proximity that you can jump on wherever you need to go asap. I would highly recommend staying here, one of the best places we have ever stayed ourselves. Wonderful place!!!

One of the best hotels I've been so far
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location, the staff people are very kind and the room is awesome! I will stay there every time I go to London! They even care about I was on my honeymoon and gifted us a good wine and wrote a honeymoon card with kind words
