Clean rooms

We recently stayed at The Resident Covent Garden TWICE on our recent vacation. We were in London for five days, took a few days to go to Paris, and then came back to London for an additional five days. The logistics of putting that together could have been a serious challenge, but Peter, the night-duty manager, helped me organize all my dates and times, and helped me make every last London-based arrangement that needed to be made.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were shown to the loveliest room. It was clean, well-appointed, and the little kitchenette made traveling with medication easy. When we needed recommendations for where to go for meals, the front desk staff (special shout-out to Graeme and Seema, who NEVER steered us wrong!) always offered terrific suggestions, all within walking distance. It seems EVERYTHING in Covent Garden is within walking distance of the property...theaters, restaurants, pubs, shops...everything that you could possibly need/want on a vacation is easily accessible on foot.

The neighborhood is safe, the property is terrific, and the staff is wildly accommodating...should we ever find ourselves in Covent Garden again, we will absolutely be staying at The Resident Covent Garden. Enjoy your trip!!

Perfectly placed just off the strand and literally near everything. We loved getting back from adventures and being so close to the tube

Location & comfort of the body

This hotel is centrally located in London, in a very safe neighborhood and within walking distance to many popular landmarks. Staff is always attentive and helpful. This is my second stay here and the first hotel I think of when visiting London. Highly recommend,

From the communication required to book our reservation, to check in and all during our stay the staff was friendly and professional. The location is excellent and right next to Covent Garden and near to many other “must see” places. The room was clean and quiet despite being right in the middle or all that is happening. The rooms are small but alas that is London! Enjoyed our stay and recomnend it.

We have just returned from 3 nights at The Resident Hotel, Covent Garden. The hotel is situated close to many Restaurants, Coffee Shops, and a variety of shopping. It is located close to three underground stations and is very central for sightseeing. We were very pleased with our room, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great and the kitchenette was an added bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely quiet. The Staff at the hotel were fabulous, always friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants for breakfast and dinner, which were close by and were excellent. Special mention for Graham and Seema who went out of their way to help make our trip special.

Amazing location—just a few minutes’ walk from Covent Garden, making it perfect for catching a show. It’s also only a short stroll from Charing Cross and within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions.

There’s no on-site restaurant, but you’re surrounded by plenty of great dining options, and food delivery is easy and convenient.

The staff were really nice and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Truly outstanding. Every element was impeccable: service, cleanliness, finished; maybe without rival in those regards…and certainly for price. Location also wonderful whether: literally steps from dining, coffee shops, the river, Theater District; Trafalgar Square. Would recommend it highly, and would return in a heartbeat. The preceding lacks sufficient praise for staff and room service. Impeccable also applies there in all regards.
