Sima at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful on our arrival! They have such a secure quiet clean modern room(108). We loved the daily housekeeping and room amenities like the soap and lotion were of high quality. The location to The Strand, Uber Boat, theatre, and Bus number 9 were so helpful. W e would stay here again and no place else.

The location is perfect! The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. The room was comfy and the shower was wonderful. We can not express enough how wonderful our stay at The Resident hotel was for us all!

I wanted to take a moment to share just how wonderful our recent stay (18-20 April 2026) was as we celebrated my Goddaughter's 21st birthday. From the instant we stepped through your doors, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for a special visit. The front desk team made us feel truly valued, assuring us that nothing was too much trouble and that our comfort was their priority.

When we entered our room, we were delighted to find it beautifully decorated with festive balloons, chocolates, a chilled bottle of prosecco, and a sweet handwritten and illustrated birthday card. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion feel even more special. The room itself felt like a tranquil oasis and a calm retreat from the lively energy of Covent Garden, which is just a stone's throw away. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the area, with theatres and transport links on the doorstep or a short walk away.

Our room was immaculate, quiet, and incredibly cosy, like a cocoon that we never wanted to leave. I have to give a special shout out to the power shower; the water pressure was fantastic and made our showers a true ritual to both start and end the day. Honestly, I would return just to stay in the same room and enjoy that shower again!

Throughout our stay, every single member of your team was consistently warm, friendly, and professional, which made us feel at home. I cannot wait to visit again, and I genuinely cannot recommend your hotel highly enough. Thank you so much for making our stay so special and memorable.

The staff here couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was pleasurable in every way. The room was laid out nicely and everything sparkling clean. We took advantage of their offer to stock the mini fridge at a very reasonable price. Housekeeping was faultless and the location very walkable for the major sites. I highly recommend The Resident in Covent Garden.

Such a lovely hotel in a great part of the city. Easy to travel around London, and surrounding area from here staff was always available to answer questions and handle any concern. Very comfortable room with all the best amenities. Would absolutely book this hotel again.

This hotel was such a great find! We needed a room that had 3 beds for a girls’ trip, and those are few and far between in London, especially at a reasonable price. We were absolutely delighted by every aspect of this hotel.

It’s ideally located (steps from Covent Garden and comfortable walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster abbey, London eye, the theatre district, etc).

The front desk staff are amazing - Graeme made our check-in experience a delight, and no matter who was on duty, we got a cheerful wave and greeting every time we walked by.

Our room was clean and comfortable - and bigger than we expected - and three adult women and all their stuff were easily able to manage.

And I thought the price was very reasonable, considering the central location and the room having 3 beds.

I would definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Wonderful hotel, rooms were very clean and the hotel is very safe. 4 minute walk to Covent Garden and very close to museums, underground stations, and anywhere you need to go.

Fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location. Covent Garden, Soho and the West End are all right on your doorstep, yet the hotel itself feels calm and relaxed.

The room was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the staff — genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
We also had a small special request before arrival, and the team handled everything effortlessly and exactly as requested. A really nice extra touch and a great example of the level of service here.

Excellent establishment- super friendly staff, very clean rooms- 10/10 experience. Steps from all London has to offer, which made navigating my first time in London very easy! Will be back asap! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
