location is great and the staff is really friendly. The room was clean. They had a happy hour between 6-7 (which we didn't use) but still a nice touch.
Just what the title states ^. Enough said!!
Perfect location - walkable to everything! Friendly staff and comfortable room.
Great hotel stay here when in London
Location is fabulous - so close to Covent Garden. Hotel is modern and clean. Everything you need is here! We had a great stay.
The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and within easy walking distance of all the theaters.
Great experience in good a good area!
Everything! Comfy beds spotless facility very very accommodating
There was nothing not to like
Terrific hotel in central location. We walked everywhere from here, only occasionally used the Underground. Yet despite being in the middle of the action, we felt like we were in our own private oasis as soon as we entered the hotel lobby. Our room was quiet and peaceful, and not as small as the city hotel standards would suggest; we were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.
Excellent customer service. I can’t say enough about the staff. I had to stay longer due to getting an emergency passport and they were so helpful. Great location. Lovely rooms. Great value for the price
Terrific location in Covent Garden. Near several tube stations and walking distance to the West End theaters, restaurants and shops. Double bed was comfortable and room size was adequate. Had a little problem with the shower which was promptly addressed. The best thing about the hotel was its staff. They were all very welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. They offered to help with whatever questions we had and arranged for a taxi to St Pancras so we could catch the Eurostar without having to carry luggage onto the Tube. Room was clean as well as the reception area. The bed was fine but there was some street noise that penetrated the double-paned windows. My granddaughter had a bit of trouble falling asleep and I had to lend her my earplugs. There is a coffee machine and tea kettle in the room as well as a safe. The rooms are air conditioned and the temperature is adjustable. Wi-Fi signal was good for my use-just texts and email. Price was expensive even without breakfast, but the location is exceptional
This is our 2nd stay at the brilliant ‘Resident Covent Garden’ returning for a couples weekend theatre break and looking forward to visiting it again in the near future. Given this is London, right in Covent Garden, we feel this is a premium hotel, and value for money is excellent. The location for the theatre district couldn’t be better, within walking distance of the theatres, restaurants and right on the edge of Covent Garden. Many more locations are within easy reach. Time from Euston is less than 15 mins in a taxi (£16). The atmosphere is set from the outset, with a friendly and professional welcome from all of the team (even left a handwritten welcome card welcoming us back). The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and relaxing. The staff just cannot do enough to help you and make you feel valued (thank you). The rooms (on both occasions) are spacious, spotless, modern, light and airy. Very quiet with secondary glazing and blackout curtains to help you sleep and air conditioning to keep you cool. A mini kitchenette with coffee/ tea making, a sink, fridge, microwave are great extras. Free safe to lock up valuables. The bed is big and comfortable and the rooms had a lovely modern shower. We simply cannot fault anything about Resident Covent Garden and would recommend it to anyone looking for a break near the theatre district in a friendly relaxing Hotel. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay again.
We had an amazing stay at The Resident Covent Garden. primarily due to the outstanding service from Graeme and staff. Every detail was addressed with efficiency and a lovely manner. We appreciated the bathroom amenities (Molton Brown) security of the hotel and fabulous location within walking distance of all major attractions and underground stops. We will be back! Thank you
Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a welcome treat and card for our wedding anniversary. Location was perfect for Covent Garden and London sights. Would definitely return and recommend.
The stay was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Also the location is amazing.
Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable, modern, and well kept guestrooms. Central location.
The room was beautiful. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for products. The location is fantastic. Just a few blocks from Embankment station.
