Big disapointment. First of all, we didn’t get the room we reserved and paid for in advance. Actually the room they gave us, wasn’t even in this hotel. They didn’t even ask if this was ok for us. Then, when we arrive to the hotel and found our room, it looked like it was not supposed to be for customers. There was laundry racks in front of the door which we had to move to get in. When we saw the room, I wanted to cry. I paid 1587 baht and the room was dirty, sheets was dirty and broken, no tv, no fridge. Bed was stone hard. We didn’t want to stay in that room and we had to book another hotel. And then we also had to fight for the refund and tell the hotel that if they don’t accept our free cancellation, we will have to call the police.

Sink area was covered in dirt and the room was not like the rooms advertised at all
The bed was very comfortable and to have a fridge is perfect.
There were a lot of ants next to the bathroom and the curtains didn't cover the light from the outside.
I loved the glass wall. I was so fascinated and... A bit puzzled for a moment. Lol. Thanks, you made my brain smile.
And the location was just what I was looking for during my travels. I will remember this stay with gratitude.

The location of the actual hotel is different from the location indicated by Google Maps. After searching for a hotel location for more than an hour, I asked a passerby to call the hotel. l but they didn't even answer the phone.
I arrived at the same restaurant with the same name. There was a note that I had to self-check in, but there were no people there, so I couldn't get anyone's help.. Eventually, I met the staff at the restaurant and told them the location of the hotel. But the hotel was too alleyy to find. People who live around the hotel may know, but if you've been there for the first time, you won't be able to find it..A lot of dogs roamed around the hotel and sometimes barked loudly.. The room was on the first floor right in front of the alley. The sound of motorcycles passing by continued until dawn. The washbasin cracks and water flows in front of me. When I take a shower, I can't use the toilet. The shower faucet is also too old to spray water properly... It was the worst night ever..
