Wifi has connectivity issues, especially for non-cinese people. I couldn't connect to my VPN, also many websites (such as, but not limited to, porn sites) was blocked. The fact is that I don't have these limitations with the normal cellular network, so, why should I have them with hotel's wifi? Need more friendliness with foreigner people regarding internet access.

The room was very comfortable. The location is excellent, the hotel can be accessed through the shopping mall and you can either go through the mall to the metro or cross the intersection to get to the metro. There is lots in the mall you can access in terms of food and other shopping. It is true that not many of the staff speak English (see other reviews)... but the hotel is in China! I think that is fair enough and given we speak literally no Mandarin they were excellent at checking us in with that language boundary. The breakfast was good. It was quite busy as it was Chinese New Year when we were there. The views from our room were amazing as well.
I guess there could be some more facilities for this being quite a posh hotel. We also found it a bit noisy but that was because it was the new year... and is not really the hotel's fault.

Still I have not received my extra pay amount. Please check and clear the bill and amount need to be credited in my card.

A wonderful place clean rooms and friendly staff.
Convenient location is just nearby a shopping mall. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room that we enjoyed the stay.
Connected to shopping centre and Metro, nice on site cafe, gym, and breakfast was great.
The cafe closed in the evening and there wasn’t a cafe/ bar area on site to sit and relax/ have a drink in the eve. Options were to go out or hang out in your room.
