Melhor hotel e restaurante de Itapema sem duvidas. Equipe simpática e prestativa.
Pros:

Alma restaurante é muito bom. Também a disposição do pessoal em ajudar. A cama muito boa também. Gostei também do spa (massagem).

Cons:

O hotel poderia oferecer shampoo, condicionador, etc de uma marca boa/famosa (e não um genérico). O quarto também poderia ter roupão. Poderiam deixar uma agua de brinde por hospede no quarto e alguns amenites ou oferta do restaurante (tipo um doce ou algo feito pelo chefe). O café da manha deixou a desejar: pão de queijo horrível, e a maioria dos doces sem sabor e sem personalidade. Por exemplo pedi um ovo pochet e embora bem feito estava sem sabor. Parece que falta a curadoria de um chefe no café da manha especialmente com experiencia internacional para adicionar mais personalidade e sabor no café da manha (exemplo: deveria ter um café da manha ingles completo com feijão, tomate grelhado, salsicha e ovo; também não havia café expresso, somente café de bule, etc).

Lençóis sintéticos, gostaria de lençóis em algodão. Parecia que eu dormia sobre plástico, o de mexer na cama faz muito barulho. Não foi confortável.

O atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores é, sem dúvida, um dos grandes destaques da estadia. Todos demonstraram alto nível de preparo, cordialidade e profissionalismo, sempre atentos e solícitos às necessidades dos hóspedes.
O café da manhã é simplesmente excepcional, com grande variedade, qualidade impecável e sabores que realmente encantam. Trata-se de uma experiência gastronômica que merece reconhecimento especial.
A área de lazer, especialmente a piscina, também se mostrou extremamente agradável, proporcionando momentos de descanso e aproveitamento durante a estadia.
Certamente retornarei em outras oportunidades e recomendo a experiência.

Cons:

Falta cajones en dormitorios. Explico: en lugares de turismo, donde uno va por varios días, normalmente necesita mayor lugar de guardado que el provisto.
Si ofrecen sauna y gimnasio, deberían estar en mejores condiciones. La puerta del sauna tiene enormes entradas de aire frío y la experiencia en el mismo no es buena.
El gimnasio merece un par de aparatos más!

Tenía otra idea de este hotel.
Pros:

El desayuno esta nuy bien, sin embargo la verdad es que este hotel está sobrevaluado, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. No hay una buena calidad precio. La comida en el restaurante del hotel "Alma" muy buena pero cara para los precios de restaurantes similares. Tampoco en una buena opción para familias.. La playa tampoco está lo suficientemente cerca. El estacionamiento con los valet funciona bien.
