空港のピックアップも予約していたのに、1時間待っても来ない結局タクシーでホテルへ。

Excelente opción de hospedaje para viaje de trabajo
Pros:

Muy bien en general el servicio, atención, comodidad y limpieza de la habitación
Viaje por razones de trabajo, creo que es la mejor opción de hospedaje actualmente en Tampico

To leave, and the guy that picks up baggage is nice.

Treid to call them several times. They dont answer. 5 days later they reply on my mail why they dont answer. There is no fridge in the room, I use medicine that need to be stored. I asked receptionist to store it. But on the form you have to sign it says no medicine allowed. The phone in tge room is not working. I walked to kitchen to order thee with milk and suger. They brought it upstairs. With no sugar and milk. I walked down to ask for it. Then they brought only milk to the room and forgot sugar again… the reception doesnt speak english at all… I had free breakfast included. They made special rule that you only get it free before 9.00. After 9.00 you have to pay. I Arrived 1.5 hours before check in. The room was ready but they didnt wanted to give it. I had to wait until 15.00 excact.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero cómodas ... sin embargo, no lo recomiendo para estancias muy largas ...
Excelente para viajeros de negocios en visitas de 2 a 3 días.

The beds were comfortable and clean , but overall their service lacked .
Pros:

I like the location of the place, it’s located in a plaza that has multiple shops and restaurants

Cons:

The fact the the check in process took so long and to be told that they didn’t have our room ready ( check in is at 3) we arrived at the hotel at 5:30 another 40+ minutes to wait to check in and only to be told the room wasn’t ready . Luckily there was a cafe in the same plaza that we were able to wait at ( lobby was full of luggage and other people waiting for rooms)

L alojamiento está bien solo mal servicio al momento de la llegada que no tienen la habitación lista y asen esperar a uno más de 1 hora para terminar en darle a uno la habitación que ellos quieren
