A private 5 star condo that had a total wellness feel to it! Amazing!
Pros:

We loved the condo and the location! We stayed at 3 different places during our 5 day stay and this was amazing! The condo was plenty spacious and offered 2 bathrooms! It is in the corner of the compound and super quiet! It has more than 2 entrances to the outside area which includes a patio, a huge out door living area and access to the 2 pools. We loved that it had parking and was located where we could walk to all the streets! The value was by far the best part! The place is immaculate! It even has TV which we did not use...but good to know for future guests!

Cons:

No complaints. I usually like a softer pillow but that is just my preference. My partner was fine!

Un endroit incroyable pour ce rapport qualité/prix!
Pros:

L’endroit est très beau et très calme, secure par ailleurs. Proche du centre de Tulum, il y a plein de restaurants pas loin, c’est top! Le personnel toujours gentil et disponible.

Cons:

Niveau confort: manque qq ustensiles en cuisine, le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois (certes seulement 3 jours mais considérant le papier toilette dans la poubelle et le sable probablement dans la salle de bains…), la piscine est très fraîche.

Wonderful space, price is good.
Pros:

Very nice pool, not too chlorinated. Beautiful courtyard to hang out in and catch sun rays. Appreciated being able to use a bicycle to ride down to the beach or downtown and also there are many scooter and quad rentals nearby. Area has many nice restaurants/cafes nearby and a huge and beautiful art/yoga/temezcal oriented space called Holistika which has an awesome art walk. Room was very good size with good kitchen. Staff was helpful and kind. Key code entrance is convenient.

Cons:

Had to pay to replace towels but honestly it was fine because they gave so many to begin with.

Un ottimo soggiorno con piscina privata a Tulum
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la rapidità del check in e l'ingresso in camera che rispettava le nostre aspettative, una camera molto spaziosa con una bellissima piscina privata, curata e pulita.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuto dover lasciare una caparra al check in di 4000 pesos perché ci ha obbligati a prelevare anticipatamente altri contanti. Non ci sono piaciute le condizioni dei materessini della piscina privata in camera, probabilmente danneggiati da continue piogge.

Struttura bellissima
Pros:

Il complesso è bellissimo, dall'architettura al giardino di piante tropicali molto curato, le piscine, la palestra.
L' appartamento enorme, arredato con gusto e con una splendida terrazza. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Bagno bellissimo con doccia enorme.
Tutto immerso nel silenzio e nel verde, sembrava di essere in una rivista di architettura contemporanea.

Cons:

C'è un problema di scarico in quanto dal chiusino della doccia esce cattivo odore.Abbiamo messo sul chiusino un filtro da caffè di carta bagnato per contenere l'odore e ha funzionato. Al nostro arrivo di notte il portiere era impreparato, non sapeva dove metterci e il terzo letto non era pronto, uno di noi ha dormito sul divano. Per pagare la tassa di soggiorno abbiamo dovuto attendere il personale di reception alle 8:30 l'accoglienza è decisamente da migliorare, non incontravamo mai nessuno tranne le cameriere e l'addetto alla piscina.

Comfortable beautiful home away from home
Pros:

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a gorgeous garden and pool area. We were just on the edge of La Veleta with its many restaurants, cafes and shopping. It was very easy and nice to walk a few minutes to get coffee every morning and dinner after a day out. The room was large and clean, with simple boho decor, the sofa and bed were very comfortable, and there was a nice outdoor patio available if we didn’t want to sit in the garden at the pool. There is even a sweet little cat that lives on the property that came to say hi a few times :)

Pros:

Wir waren bereits zweimal in dieser Unterkunft. Das erste Mal Anfang 2020 und jetzt im Dezember 2025. Uns hat wie immer die Größe der Zimmer und der tolle Pool gut gefallen. Gerade mit Kindern ist es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Cons:

Insbesondere im Vergleich zu 2020 merkt man, dass anscheinend nicht mehr in das Hotel investiert wird. Viele Fitnessgeräte sind defekt, der Eingang zum Fitnessbereich ist nur noch in Teilen mit Holzbrettern belegt, die Hängematte neben dem Pool hat sehr viele Löcher und kann nicht mehr benutzt werden und das Personal des Hotels ist eher unpersönlich. All das haben wir Anfang 2020 nicht so erlebt. Von daher, keine schlechte Unterkunft, aber so Einiges passt nicht mehr zum eigentlichen Anspruch des Hotels und der Preise. Wir hoffen, dass sich jemand dazu entschließt, diese Dinge - die auch viele andere Gäste laut Bewertungen stören - behoben werden.
