Great area, very vibrant. Not close to a beach, about 1.5 kms to downtown

Pool was great, there was no breakfast. The area was surprisingly vibrant and interesting, that was the real unexpected treat!

Apartamento muy espacioso y agradable para estancia en Tulum
Pros:

El apartamento es enorme, tanto las habitaciones como el salón - cocina. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza. Tiene dos baños y está muy bien equipado con una cama extra grande, buena televisión y sofá, y cuanta con una terraza que da a la piscina, con mesa y sillas. El estilo es muy agradable y la zona de la piscina está equipada con hamacas.

Cons:

Conviene dejar algo más de menaje de cocina: los platos, vasos y cubiertos están contados y solo tiene una sartén. La tostadora fallaba.

Excelente lugar para descansar.
Pros:

Todo fue lindo, muchas gracias, mi hijo disfrutó la alberca y descansamos muy a gusto, todo limpio, nuestra estancia se hizo agradable, lastima que no teníamos más tiempo para seguir disfrutando.

Molto spaziosa
Pros:

Struttura della camera molto grande con ampia cucina, terrazza e ampio balcone luminoso. Piscina grande con sdraio a letto comodi. Posizione buona per ristoranti e supermercati, anche se non centrale. Palestra ben attrezzata.

For the value it is one of the best place we had during our trip.
The swimming pool area is really nice and the flats are really spacious.

Cons:

The terasse of the flat could be more equiped with some chair or hamac. It’s really big but only a bench doesn’t really invite you to stay out.

Nous n’avons pas vu de personnel, tout se fait en autonomie ce qui du coup est très contraignant pour ma part. La propreté de l’appartement était pas au top.

Fantastisch en rustig
Pros:

Het is er heel rustig en het zwembad

Cons:

De appartementen waren heel ruim en prachtig maar die op de begane grond zijn wat donker. Ik had een appartement met balkon geboekt maar we kregen het appartement in een hoek onder de trap op de begane grond dat was net een kelder en rook muf. Er is daar niemand aanwezig maar via een kamermeisje de receptie kunnen bereiken. Die jongen was er binnen 2 minuten en was erg begripvol en aardig. Echter het duurde erg lang voor een oplossing want zijn baas die moest beslissen over zijn oplossing. Hij liet een appartement zien ongeveer gelijk aan wat ik geboekt had maar daar mochten we toch niet in van zijn baas. Toen zei hij 1 nacht daar en dan naar een ander appartement voor 3 nachten. Vonden we prima maar ook daarvoor moest hij toestemming hebben van zijn baas maar die was niet meer te bereiken. Uiteindelijk na 1,5 uur was hij overtuigd om het toch maar te doen. Het appartement waar we de 3 nachten verbleven was fantastisch een upgrade met prive zwembad. Dus uiteindelijk kwam alles goed. Het zwembad beneden is groter dan op de foto’s en ligt in een prachtige tuin! Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terug gaan. Maar je moet natuurlijk wel krijgen wat je geboekt hebt!

Pros:

Very cozy feeling. Your own little retreat inside the property. Always clean and well maintained property.

Cons:

Cheaper bicycle rentals or even weekly rates would be an added bonus as it is a little far from Centro.
