Cercavo una struttura dove appoggiarmi solo per dormire, posizione un po’ scomoda ma per pochi giorni ci siamo arrangiat

Cons:

Sicuramente son stati fatti lavori di ristrutturazione ma nella stanza 1 andrebbe trattato il calcare marrone della doccia, sostituito tutto il sali scendi, il doccino, il miscelatore, sistemato il cerchio del water e inserito un copri water.
Arredamento minimal che va benissimo ma infissi con tanta dispersione. Una pecca grossa é la temperatura, in inverno fa troppo freddo per risparmiare il riscaldamento nelle parti comuni ma soprattutto nel bagno in camera. Posso capire in bassa stagione, quando mancano ospiti, fare economia ed ecologia, però per anche solo una camera penotata (per 3 notti tra l’altro) andrebbe riscaldato tutto l’ambiente. La prima notte, di fatti, avevamo il termostato a 22 gradi ma abbiamo patito il freddo e meno male che il bambino piccolo ha dormito in mezzo a noi al caldo. Dal 2 giorno la camera era più calda. Ma bagno gelido. Comunque l’abbiamo fatto presente in loco.

colazione un po’ troppo minimal (yogurt, thè, fette biscottate, marmellata o Nutella, croissant) non c’è salato, ho chiesto a mio marito di portarmela in camera per non scendere col bambino di due mesi che, oltre al fatto dormisse ancora alle 9, sarebbe stato nella sala colazioni al freddo.

La cordialità del Sig. Landi é stata piacevole.

Potevo andare da un'altra parte.

Cons:

È in in posto scomodo da arrivarci, faceva freddo nella struttura, il letto aveva le doghe rotte pur essendo nuovo. La colazione è stata misera. Io non lo consiglio.

Chambre tres propre et spacieuse.
Très bon accueil.
Petit déjeuner léger (pas de salé pas de beurre que des gâteaux sous cellophane)
